Tapcart has brought our customers back around and increased our sales majorly! Excellent App- Increased orders, AOV, & more!!!

What do you like best about Tapcart?

It is super user-friendly and has many customizable options.

What do you dislike about Tapcart?

We wish that on a collection page, it would pull in a full collection instead of showing 6-12 pieces from the collection and making a customer go to a different page to see everything, but I think that's in the works to be fixed!

What problems is Tapcart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we had so many glitches, crashes, and other problems that caused a huge dip in sales, but

What do you like best about Tapcart?

The easy-to-use application. we are able to design applications significantly faster.

Nothing much. Sometimes in rare cases, it lags.

It helps me scale my business. Nowadays a business is not mobile-friendly, it wont exist, tapcart helps us solve that.

I love the quick customer service, very helpful and efficient. it saves checkout for clients, push notifications to make the process quick and easy, clean GUI and user friendly

What do you dislike about Tapcart?

I wish it had more options to view analytics, which are fundamental for any business big and small. I would also love if you could segment the customers and send push notifications based on location

Simple but fast

What do you like best about Tapcart?

Easy to use with Shopify. It can be set up fast and easy under 30 minutes.

What do you dislike about Tapcart?

Wish the templates for design were more adaptable but is not such a issue if your project is easily customisable and not a niche type. But for me is ok as it is.

What problems is Tapcart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy way to communicate with the consumers. Push messages are very effective.

What do you like best about Tapcart?

I love how easy Tapcart is to use and how it allows me to be creative in designing the app pages.

One thing I wish tapcart featured was a few additional ways for collections to be featured!

Tapcart allows for me to use my creativity to promote products and collections in the easiest and most effective way.

Great resource for sales and traffic

What do you like best about Tapcart?

The ease of use and functionality. We are able to reach our customers through a new sales channel. Our customers are very responsive to our marketing pushes through tapcart.

What do you dislike about Tapcart?

I don't like that you can't make drafts of tapcart pushes. This makes it annoying when needing to edit a push notification that was already created. The analytics could also be better to show which pushes perform the best.

What problems is Tapcart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tapcart solves the need for a mobile application in which our customers have a new way to purchase our products. It also is a new communication source for our customers.

Simple to integrate and useful

Integrates simply with Shopify and simple to use.

There are some limitations to te plate design but so far this has not been a major issue.
