I have been using TapMyBack for the past two years for multiple organizations and fine using the TapMyBack APP to provide Taps is a quick way to record recognition's to your team members as they are spotted, Now you don't need to go back to your computer at a later date to record them.
I would kike to see more detailed reporting capibilities

The level of flexibility and customization enables us to frame and highlight on different focuses, and thus to foster behavioral and mindset changes for specific groups of people. We also appreciate Tap My Back team as a great partner for the timely support and improvement, being sensitive to emerging needs as well as being open to different kinds of collaboration and integration.
Nothing so far as the team has been very responsive in bugs fixing and experience improvement.

As a managerial consultnas we are focused in increave the value performances of our clients. According Our approach we start with measuring the effective working of the organizations through our platform HOW-4. Tap my back is, almost in all cases, one of the solutions that we suggest when we have then to improve the effectivness of the organizations in the daily activities.
It is difficult to say, It is not something that we dislike but since that "Tap my back" is a SAAS it is a unique environment that has to fit to all needs. Since its high quality this is not a real issue but it happened that we had to deal with some fancy request of new functions to spefic needs. In this case it is up to us to educate the clients on what it is right and what it is not.
You can overcome the traditional appraisals
the best thing about Tap My Back is the way it helps with the critical issue of employee feedback - traditionally low in recurrence, and extremely formal, which doesn't bode well with millennials. its simplicity is refreshing.

At the beginning I expect this tool to be integrated with our People Evaluation System. It’s not. Now I recognise that they should be separated. Otherwise this organic instant feedback will stop or be forced and not natural.
