We used Talview products since 2018. The tech is good and the team is great. It allow us to move forward on assessing more and more candidates in an effective way.

Solving tge biggest problem of conducting online assessment & examining their behavioural score in deciding the best candidates for our organisation

Talview's QR code functionality has helped Canara HSBC Life to quickly have the candidates take up assessments from their mobile devices and have the scores generated in a flash. This way, We have been able to filter out candidates basis their scores and take them to the final interviews with panels. This has reduced time for our recruiters in manually screening the candidates and also having bigger pool of candidates to do filteration from.

As of now, Talview has been very beneficial for our hiring requirements and we haven't seen any downside of the platform as we have been using Talview for candidate filtration only.

When 100s of candidates applying for open positions, It becomes very difficult to screen and assess all candidates on pen and paper or via G-sheets and it used to be very time consuming. With Talview in picture, we are able to screen and assess all candidates by inviting them to take up assessment and then seeing the report of all of them in one file. THis has reduced our time to filter out candidates. Even for campus recruitments which used to take 3-5 days for entire process to be completed, with Talview its only taking around 1 day for the entire process.

The platform works as expected and the Talview team are a pleasure to work with.

I dislike the time-zone difference that causes the Talview team to be working in the evening. There is nothing I dislike about Talview.

Some concerns from our Agents over speed of Customer Support but when raised directly these are always dealt with promptly and with due care and attention.

Integration of remote proctoring with an online test. Improving the customer journey and providing us with access to recordings for verification purposes.

Their customer support and response rate is second to none. Simple UI to follow through.

The limitations of what Talview support can do in part to the integration between Talview and our own.

Talview helps us by providing a platform to interview virtually and securely with enhancements such as evaluation forms.

The Talview team is very responsive to our needs. We are likely a small client and use the platform for credentialing exams with live proctoring. Switching to Talview has greatly improved our customer experience; the team is very hands-on and quickly resolves any issues that arise.

We had a few delays early on in configuring the platform to meet our needs. I believe this is due to our unique use case. We are also limited in our integrations with Talview due to the customer relationship management (CRM) system we're currently using.

Our old exam platform was cumbersome and had a very outdated user interface. Talview's scheduling is far easier for our customers, and their team is much more responsive and easier to work with than our previous vendor.

By using Talview, we have nearly eliminated the customer complaints that were far too common with our old platform. Our certification candidates are much happier with their user experience, and administratively, we can more easily review and report on their exams.
