I have been using Talkwalker for more than 3 years now. I like the depth the tool can go into bringing results. Even when a nano influencer or small media website mentions your brand, Talkwalker's web crawlers don't disappoint you and show you the results. In almost real-time.
The email alerts are a huge time saver too. I don't bother signing in unless it is necessary.
Nothing matters for time being. They redesign their dashboard and website recently and that's cool.

It's truly feature-rich and provides the best of everything. It probably does have features you may not have realized that you needed. It's a Lambo, so many different options. If you have questions, the service provided is amazing.
It's an expensive car, or a space shuttle, it has so many features, you can get overwhelmed. It allows you to be overwhelmed, and you need to take time and learn about each option. Talkwalker has best in class support and training if you need it.
If you have the budget, please consider it. Other services are free, but not a great as this one.

The tool is very flexible and comprehensive when it comes to social listening and crisis management. As the tool is so versatile, it does mean that you need to invest time in learning and getting used to it. However, once you have done that, you reap the benefits. The platform essentially responds to what you put into it so the more you time/effort you put into it, the more it gives you in return.
The dashboards, reports and alerts functionality have proved really useful, with the tool allowing us to set up and share the different reports with various stakeholders.
The customer support is excellent and my Customer Success Manager is very responsive.
Our company name is quite generic, so our topics pull through some irrelevant mentions that we have to manually sort through (either by adding to our exclusions list or by deleting the mention). The tool is not quite intuitive enough to pre-empt which mentions are not relevant by deleting the mentions alone.

CONS: There's nothing much to dislike with the platform. The minor issues (this applies to a majority of tools within the space) are the amount of noise it was able to generate (ex. unworthy content, spam, and etc...), and content expiration. Then again, it could be something Talkwalker may not have control of.
PROS: Gives us deep but fast results of essential marketing analysis and variables. That is why we found it suitable for social media marketing campaigns that leverage hashtags. It’s extremely helpful for gathering expressions of audiences to certain brands too.
CONS: It covers a wide area of marketing, thus its search feature is very difficult to learn at first. It sometimes switches the results it displays by simply tweaking keywords and operators.
