The apps are excellent. If a team member is on the go, the mobile app is ideal; if they are at work, the desktop applications is even better.
We have no complaints about the service.
We're connecting our team so that they can answer and transfer calls to the appropriate person. It allows us to take fewer messages and promptly link clients with staff.
As an online e-commerce business, it's extremely important for us to be able to answer and respond to customer inquiries regardless of where our team members are located at a given moment. There are times we are in the office, at the warehouse, or on the road attending a tradeshow. Before we had to allow these sales leads to go to voicemail or have someone take a message for a call back resulting in loss of business. With Talkroute we now have the freedom to be able to answer customer calls wherever we are and close more sales.
Nothing so far. If I was being super picky, I would like a way to change the routing schedules from the mobile apps. Currently this is only available on web and desktop.
Talkroute is making it possible for us to close more sales on the spot by not first sending callers to voicemail or to our answering service. We have seen a real increase in our revenue from this alone.
We have been using Talkroute at our real estate office for the past 2 years and it has been excellent! We use Talkroute for a bunch of daily operations but the most valuable features have definitely been the ability to route incoming calls to our team member's cell phones and the ability to register multiple phone numbers for our various marketing campaigns. Their support team is always extremely helpful and willing to assist us with any questions.
Over the past few years, we haven't had any noticeable issues with our service. We would love to see them add fax capability and according to their support team, they are planning to add it.
Talkroute has completely solved our call routing for our onsite team and those that are working remotely in the field. It really has been a game-changer!
It's simple to use, the pricing is reasonable, and support is always helpful when I have a question.
Sometimes there are minor bugs with the desktop application, but they release updates to fix this often which is nice.

Nothing so far! If I could recommend one improvement, it would be to make it easier to transition from a call to a video conference but this rarely is an issue.

The customer service is excellent. They have been patient over many sessions in order to customize the service to suit our needs.
So far, I cannot think of any, except that perhaps you are dependent on the quality of your own phone to support the service.
Check them out. You can have multiple people in different locations using their own cellphones as a host to run a business, you can have menus that come on for calls directing them to the correct service, you can port your older phone number for a smooth transition.
It took us a while to understand the nuances of the incredible flexibility in their system, and sometimes we waited 2 days for a tech service session, but we are very pleased with the service, and our system is now functioning in the way that suits our needs.
The user interface is seamless and the price points are great for the entry level needs. They give you all the premium features that the competition is selling. The call stacking is another area that I love. It is something that is not available in the industry for such a price. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the team to create such a tool.
I have not been able to receive calls directly on the app. The call is always routed through the phone numbers that I have included. When will the app be able to receive calls too?

Routing calls to the office when we are open, to other numbers when we are closed and to cell phone or google number when the terrestrial lines are down due to outages. The problems we are solving include being able to route our calls irrespective of the time of the day or the number that they have called. We are also sending text messages with the same number that the clients are calling us with which makes it seem like mobile device to them, with all the convenience.
My staff and I are in constant contact with our clients and it has always been a struggle to keep personal numbers private. Our solution prior to using talkroute was to carry two phones which was very inconvenient. Now I can simply launch the talkroute app and speak with my clients via text or voice with our office number. This has eliminated the need for my second phone and I can run everything from my personal iPhone.
There currently isn’t support for faxing and it would be nice to move our fax line to talkroute so we can completely cut the cord with our phone company. I have been told faxing is coming later this year.
The most obvious benefit has been the elimination of all of our staff’s secondary phones. Not only is have two phones not ideal but the costs that come with providing a second phone to every team member is quite high. We will save hundreds of dollars per year.

Our tech company has been using Talkroute for over 4 years. We rarely have an issue, but if we do, their chat support is outstanding! At any given time, I've been met with an immediate response and have always left with a resolution.
