Besides the fact that the product is continuously in development and it has a lot of useful features, the support that you get is really great, quick response times with SME. Especially compared to other companies the support is really outstanding.
I haven't found any disturbing things yet, but sometimes it takes a while before you're 100% used to the endless configuration possibilities and where to find them.
We were looking for a Live Chat tool that also works on the Salesforce Platform. Talkative does that for a fraction of the price and with much more possibilities and features.

Talkative allows us to provide an anonymous self-help live chat service to individuals who are seeking help but do not feel able to call the helpline. This chat service receives positive feedback from clients and staff and allows people to access the help that they need.
I can't say enough about the Talkative team! They were great to work with during our implementation and have been extremely responsive post-launch. From an agent point of view, the Talkative tool is very easy to use and the integration into Salesforce is excellent. For administrators, the Engage platform is very flexible and enables a ton of customizations of the end user experience. Reporting in the Engage platform itself is rudimentary, but you have access to all the data you need in Salesforce and connecting to it through a tool like PowerBI was easy.
The tools for contact center supervisors are limited right now, so real time management isn't easy yet, but I know Talkative has improvements planned and in their roadmap.
Talkative enables us to offer our customers support through whatever channel they prefer. The co-browsing capabilities for supporing our app are a huge selling point, and the integration into Salesforce exposes all kinds of efficiency and scalability options for us.
Talkative is an excellent product and key component of a digital transformation strategy, but it's the people at Talkative that truly differentiate the solution from anything else on the market. You won't find a better team that not only possesses the right mix of technical resources and capabilities, but are also more than willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible solution for the customer.

If you're considering Talkative, my advice is to ensure that you give them a fair chance to showcase what they can do. I suspect that our business requirements were as custom as it gets to meet our needs operationally and digitally. Talkative was more than up to the challenge to customize the solution to work for our business, and graciously accommodated our many changes and tweaks along the way.

The software is flexible, user-friendly, and a joy to use. Flexibility is vital for me, and I have made it look how I want on our website and configured it perfectly for the activity we receive on our website. The Support we received in terms of Training and usability was superb.

Talkative's easy to use interface make it easy to implement and train a team of agents quickly. Keeping an eye on interaction logs is swift and easy for admin staff as well. Getting our team onboarded to the service was quite painless.
Some of the extra services, such as co-browse, aren't quite as fleshed out or intuitive.
