What do you like best about Talkable?

Since enabling Talkable Video, we've seen a steady stream of Customer Generated Content (CGC or UGC, however you want to call it) come through. It's very exciting to see customers engaging in this new way, and I see great use cases for Talkable Video, especially for Gen-Z focused brands.

Talkable is at the forefront of new referral technologies, and I absolutely love how they have evolved referral to allow advocates to record ands share videos in through the referral flow.

There is something special about video. It sparks an emotional response, and makes the referral feel authentic and genuine. A video is worth a thousand words (or more)!

In addition, as a marketer, seeing how your customers speak about your product, and seeing the demographics of those customers, provides insights that are more difficult to pull than standard survey data. Visuals matter.

We're still in the early stages of testing Talkable Video, but we're extremely excited about this next chapter of Video Referrals, and we're looking for new ways to take advantage of it (e.g. discovery of customers who would make great brand ambassadors)

What do you dislike about Talkable?

The dashboard can be a bit confusing, but we rely on our CSMs to provide the white glove service and reporting.

What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Talkable helps us acquire more new net customers at the lowest CAC. As a result, it is driving incremental revenue for us.

- They are also helping us identify buyer personas with Talkable Video.

- Their product supports integrations with most platforms (e-commerce, esp/sms, etc)

Strong customer support. They always come prepared with new ideas to test and optimize campaigns.

Better fraud prevention would help mitigate people who are trying to manipulate the offers.

Talkable powers our refer a friend program and we get a lot of referrals for our e-com sites.

What do you like best about Talkable?

Insightful and thorough account management team that diligently optimizes the offering and works to always keep things fresh. Quite easy to use and integrate onto the website, and we have seen good adoption of this from our customers.

What do you dislike about Talkable?

No considerable downsides or dislikes since working with them. From top to bottom a positive experience.

Being able to have internanl advocacy tracked and rewarded in a meaningful way.

What do you like best about Talkable?

The platform is super easy to use, and my CSM and technical contact are super responsive, helpful, and friendly. I think incentivized referral tools are beneficial, and I'd recommend 100% Talkable!

What do you dislike about Talkable?

No significant cons; If something isn't working, my contacts at Talkable will help me make adjustments. It's a lot of trial and error, but I feel supported by my reps.

What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talkable helps spread the word about our product, I think people trust their friends recommendations, and Talkable's platform allows us to incentivize friends to do that.

Talkable is exceptionally user-friendly while providing advanced features and tools to create and grow your referral program. Talkable allows you to customize your campaigns tailored to your brand's goals.

What do you dislike about Talkable?

It would be helpful if Talkable could implement the ability to auto-populate advocates and friends into custom segments based on specific metrics. It would then allow you to serve unique copy, rewards and/or offers to these segments.

What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talkable allows our brand to increase awareness and advocacy with unique offers + rewards for existing and new customers. Talkable has provided us with a more efficient and thorough solution compared to our previous referral provider.

What do you like best about Talkable?

Talkables team is hands down one of the best I have ever worked with. The product is amazing and our distributors and customers love the functionality. It makes sharing products with a discount simple and easy thus increasing our conversion rate.

What do you dislike about Talkable?

I can't say anything negative about Talkable. They have thought through everything when it comes to helping clients, providing reports, walking you through detailed reports on a monthly basis and most importantly, the A/B testing allows us to find what works for our campaigns.

What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with converting new customers. We offer a discount to any new customer and in return, the person whom made the referral earns product credit. This helps with everyone wanting to share the products.
