It would be helpful if Talkable could implement the ability to auto-populate advocates and friends into custom segments based on specific metrics. It would then allow you to serve unique copy, rewards and/or offers to these segments.

Talkables team is hands down one of the best I have ever worked with. The product is amazing and our distributors and customers love the functionality. It makes sharing products with a discount simple and easy thus increasing our conversion rate.
I can't say anything negative about Talkable. They have thought through everything when it comes to helping clients, providing reports, walking you through detailed reports on a monthly basis and most importantly, the A/B testing allows us to find what works for our campaigns.

Since enabling Talkable Video, we've seen a steady stream of Customer Generated Content (CGC or UGC, however you want to call it) come through. It's very exciting to see customers engaging in this new way, and I see great use cases for Talkable Video, especially for Gen-Z focused brands.
Talkable is at the forefront of new referral technologies, and I absolutely love how they have evolved referral to allow advocates to record ands share videos in through the referral flow.
There is something special about video. It sparks an emotional response, and makes the referral feel authentic and genuine. A video is worth a thousand words (or more)!
In addition, as a marketer, seeing how your customers speak about your product, and seeing the demographics of those customers, provides insights that are more difficult to pull than standard survey data. Visuals matter.
We're still in the early stages of testing Talkable Video, but we're extremely excited about this next chapter of Video Referrals, and we're looking for new ways to take advantage of it (e.g. discovery of customers who would make great brand ambassadors)
The dashboard can be a bit confusing, but we rely on our CSMs to provide the white glove service and reporting.

- Their product supports integrations with most platforms (e-commerce, esp/sms, etc)
