I like seeing the overall view of pipeline health and candidates in process. The color system helps me reach out to candidates in a timely manner

Can be slow to update sometimes. Ive rejected or moved candidates and it will take some time for Talentwall to reflect the changes.

TalentWall is my favorite recruiting tool. It empowers recruiters to have better conversations and to be more keenly aware of candidate experience even while maintaining large req loads.

Wish TalentWall was a full ATS. I end up doing most of my work in TalentWall anyway might as well just make it the one stop for all things candidate.

TalentWall helps solve for candidate experience and using data to justify decisions. I am more productive in my hiring manager meetings and no candidates get forgotten with TalentWall.

Currently, there is nothing we dislike using TalentWall. It's the opposite- it has positively boosted our work and communications.

TalentWall is a tool that will help you to have the most basic descriptive analytics as a plug & play tool. Most of the companies need to understand how many hires, how many offers, interviews, open jobs you have and the different ATS's allow you to get this data via reports or API's or other difficult ways. TalentWall allows you to see all the most common metrics (and more) with really few, non-code configurations.

So far the tool is great but of course, everybody wants more customization and the dashboards that you can create are great, but still, it would be good if we can have more color or fonts available.

TalentWall is helping us to resolve the basics of day-to-day recruiting needs. With TalentWall we have now more transparency around our data, people are upgrading their data-driven mindset and learning how to transform data into information, knowledge and wisdom and it's great to see that they are not keeping that only to the team, people are using this data to make better decisions and that is making them more strategic.

TalentWall tracks my candidates through the process but in a more visually appealing and cool way! Much better than a spreadsheet!

There isn't anything I dislike. It has capabilities that I didn't even realize I would love. Especially the analytics!

If I'm honest, data and analytics aren't my strong suit, so TalentWall's easy access to data makes me so much more effective as a recruiter.

TalentWall is an amazing solution for weekly hiring manager calls and executive analytics. We use the tool in our weekly calls with hiring managers to share where candidates are in the process, make decisions from the meeting (move candidates in the process, reject, add notes). It allows us to very clearly have a snapshot of what is going on. We have built a custom dashboard for the exec team on priority roles that gets shared weekly.

The analytics page is incredible. As a person who has built many custom reports, having a tool that does all analytics for you is incredible. We closely track our Time to Hire, Time to Fill, activity over time, and conversion rates.

We don't have any major concerns, TW is incredible at addressing any product improvements or feature updates quickly through their community Slack channel.

I wish that TalentWall integrated with more applicant tracking systems or there was an easy way to input data that doesn't live in an ATS.

Increasing visibility to hiring teams on the work that TA teams put in to make 1 hire, which provides reassurance. Data speaks louder than words.

As a CPO, I love the fact that I can go to TalentWall and very quickly get a real time sense of where we are across multiple active processes. I also get great value from the analytics within the platform - all made super accessible via the executive dashboard.

This is a tool I use daily so definitely not much that I don't like. While there are a few data points I'd like to see that aren't in the dashboard or I'd like to see differently, that's usually a function of limitations with Greenhouse's API.

TalentWall provides value for all stakeholders within the process. For our recruiters, it's a way to quickly view assigned reqs and ensure candidate communications are happening n a timely manner. For hiring managers, they can view their pipeline at a glance and see what action is needed. And for senior leaders and executives, the ability to look at all relevant processes in one place is a huge time saver.
