Very easy to set up events, invite employers and participants. User-friendly platform. Ability to use the platform to host Statewide Employer Workshops.

Our next step is to expand nationwide using Talentspace platform.

Ability to host an event where we don't need to worry about budget costs.

No Recorded sessions: Having the opportunity to record a sessions would be beneficial for review purposes, or if someone missed the Event due to schedule conflict.

Speeches: Feedback from a presenter. It would be nice if presenter's were able to see and hear participants, rather than use the Chat and Q&A sections. Felt a disconnect from participants.

Sessions: It would be nice if the sessions were set up to host 150-300 participants instead of 50 while having the ability to use both ways the microphone and camera.

Save Button: Please move the Save Button to the bottom of the screen. Sometimes people forget to go back to the top of the screen and click on Save.

Unlike Microsoft Teams or Zoom, this platform is so much easier to work with. With Talentspace we are able to connect job seekers and employers in one place. There has been an increase in participants registering for events.

I like the clear categories and the smooth scrolling

The background is maybe too white and needs some more colors to make it more likeable

It helps me get in touch with worldwide companies and learn more about them. Moreover, I hope I will find an internship, which is more likely thanks to Talentspace

Personal 1:1 sessions with recruiters from different sectors and one of the top organizations. I also liked the live booth feature which was vry interesting and first of its kind. I have never seen something like this on any other platform.

The 1:1 sessions were accepted late by the recruiters. Also, there was a limit on the number of 1:1s that a user could request. Thus I was a little confused regarding the number of applications I should submit.

The platform is excellent. Use the platform before the actual event to get used to the interface.

I interacted with recruiters and managers from different companies across locations remotely. It allowed me to better understand the application process of each company.

Very easy to use/understand. I like knowing how many people connected and are live.

I could not answer the 1to1 chat refusal.

It's super easy to chat informally and digitally with recruiters.

I like the organization of the platform, and how it chronologically orders chats to reduce the stress of potentially missing a call on accident. Additionally, I like the availability of company info on the panel during 1-1 chats.

I disliked having to click twice to get into a video chat. When you reduce the size of a window in order to have a split screen (mac using google chrome), it moves the button out of the screen, so it is easy to not click through the second time to enter the meeting room. This almost caused me to miss an entire meeting.

I would recommend using the time to research the companies prior to sending requests for chats.

I am able to find all quality job postings in one place without having to sort through a ton of random ones that are likely not reputable. I think this platform really makes information power and puts serious recruiters in from of students, giving both parties confidence in finding a mutual match.

It's easy to use the platform. I love the design of the website and the customer support.

There isn't something I dislike but may be it will also be good to have an Application.

I think the website is very easy to use, but you should familiarise yourself with the website's design.

Attending the job fair organised by our school. This is the first time that I have attended a virual job fair and it was very easy to use the platform.

when I ask my question to the chat box, I always receive very helpful instructions from the supporters and in a very fast time. my problem was solved by them a lot

I think the platfrom can have a better look on the schedule part because for me it is very clear but I would expect something more like a calender , but overall it is wonderful

I can't access to my camera during the 1-1 chat, but when I asked in the chat box , they help me with the problem immediately instead of machine answering, there is real people helping me!!

The ease of being able to reach out to recruiters for 1-1 chats and live booths.

The limit of 500 characters to apply for 1-1 chats. It is difficult to say everything to advertise yourself.

I am able to connect with recruiters across startups and legacy organisations alike for a wide array of roles. It isn't easy to get this level of reach elsewhere.

One of the upsides of using Talentspace is that even after the event you can review the people that you spoke to as well as the schedule. Furthermore, the server worked smoothly and everything was found easily.

There was not anything that I actually disliked while using Talentspace! The only note that I would make is that maybe it would be helpful to be allowed to send at least one message to other people (after the request message) because it might be helpful for rescheduling!

Everything was found in one place and was extremely organized.

The applications surprised me with smart functions I had not in mind but made total sense from a user point of view!

The landing page should have more options to customize.

Organizing a charity event with 900 students and more than ~40 speakers with limited resources. We had to transfer an onsite even to the digital world!
