Quick hiring process, easy to use
What do you like best about TalentReef?
How easy it is for candidates to apply and for managers to hire.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
We had difficulties with the Textus integration which are now resolved. We are having ongoing issues with the Indeed integration. It is difficult to contact customer service.
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparent and easy communication for hiring-- we are closer to a frictionless process.

What do you like best about TalentReef?
Extremely user-friendly for hiring managers and candidates. We have seen a dramatic increase in applicant flow over previous ATS.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
We don't have any dislikes thus far. The only suggestion would be to have more options for onboarding with internal transfers or promotions.
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreased applicant drop-off in the application process, increased applicant flow, increased user-ability and adoption by field and decreased troubleshooting. Allowing the field to be fully staffed.

Great avenue for applicants for our struggling restaurants!
What do you like best about TalentReef?
Most helpful - the ability to repost jobs within minutes so that they are refreshed on our job boards! The scheduling interview interface is also super easy to use. Jenn our service rep is also amazing! She has helped resolve many of the cases that we've submitted and customer service closes. She is also super supportive and super responsive! Well knowledgeable of the system as well!
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
The service provided by the customer service team working on tickets, many times our tickets have been closed without resolution. The delay in getting responses is also really delayed.
Recommendations to others considering TalentReef?
Please don't close tickets without resolution and better reporting modules
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalentReef is helping our struggling restaurants with a greater flow of applicants. The ability for our applicants to apply within seconds/minutes really helps increase the number of applicants.

Easy to use, great recruitment sources.
What do you like best about TalentReef?
Several recruitment sources are being used and are filtered in one place. Having a designated account manager for a period of time during and after implementation is helpful. I like seeing the history of applications.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
A few service requests took a long time to complete. Had to reach out to our account manager at one point because I did not get assistance from the customer service group.
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to see all applications that come through, as well as the history of the application - who reviewed it and if there are any notes tied to the application. We are able to see which managers/locations are not regularly viewing applications.

User Friendly Talent Management Platform
What do you like best about TalentReef?
The system is user Friendly and Very Easy to Navigate. We have hundreds of users throughout our team that have different skillsets and all can operate the platform easily.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
Response Options And Training Modules Available. Really would like options to have a running "fake" applicant for training purposes that you could easily take through all areas of onboarding.
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talentreef reporting pinpoints where we see the most applicant flow and which posting sites work. We have been able to track and reach out to candidates who have previously applied to positions that again become open.

TalentReef is a great tool for sourcing and onboarding employees.
What do you like best about TalentReef?
As a TacoBell franchisee, I like the integration with the POS systems. Also, TacoBell uses TalentReef on its main website. This allows anyone on the TacoBell website to directly apply to our locations.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
An opportunity that is currently being addressed is the click to schedule an interview. TalentReef offers a service that allows a candidate to actually schedule an interview. They are still working with TAcoBEll to get this integration up and running.
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem being solved with TalentReff is staffing. Since COVID, staffing has been a huge issue. TalentReff helps to find candidates that are not just coming to locations looking for a job.

What do you like best about TalentReef?
Easy to use and everything is easily accessible. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
I wish there were more tutorials on how to use some of the functions that I do not use on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering TalentReef?
talentReef is the most bang for the buck. It is quickly implemented and takes little time to train to use. It was the most cost-effective program when we needed one.
What problems is TalentReef solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an online application system, onboarding system, and online personnel files.

Absolutely makes life easier User and Mobile Friendly
What do you like best about TalentReef?
Mobile friendly makes things much easier due to the day and age, most people have smart phones and not computers. Therefore making it easier to obtain applicants.
What do you dislike about TalentReef?
Run into the some issues when the task freeze up or won’t let you move on to the next. A little frustrating when you have 20 applicants on site to apply and can’t keep a flow due to the system freezing.

Easier to screen applicants based on TR scoring.
