PROS: We can easily create courseware and learning environment so we can provide better user experience to our clients. We are able to create Certification Programs for our clients , to set up quizes and to add messages whenever there is wrong answer. It provide us with full monitoring of our student flow and we can send reminders to those students who do not continue to follow the course in a timely manner. I like this tool because we can keep track of progress and intervene when students run into complications with materials.
CONS: It would be great if they could imlement option where we can set up nested courses, showing modules with their sub modules.
PROS: I managed to turn the existing training content into courses and make quizes within TalentLMS. This tool provides framework for adding new learners to the system, we can assign courses to learners, create quizzes by adding multiple choice questions, keeping track of students’ progress through the courses.
CONS: I’d like to link questions with individual course units instead to the whole course. It can be really time consuming when it comes to managing lot of questions to a specific course unit.

PROS: Very intuitive and easy to use. The deployment process was simple and they offer good support. I have recommended Talent to others and they have had a good experience also.
CONS: Email support is timely and usually very helpful, that being said, I would like to be able to call in for support.

PROS: Talent LMS was chosen as it is extremely user friendly, customer service if you have any issue is fast and efficient and the portal can literally be launched in minutes from subscribing.

PROS: First = Easy in understanding and handling ( Trainee, Trainer and Admin ). Second = An All-in-One implementation of what is needed to start to implement an LMS.
CONS: SCORM integration is good but also very old. We hope that newer Technologies are soon finding the way into the TalentLMS.

PROS: I’ve been using TalentLMS for few years, before purchasing this tool I had done thorough research about this product and I was fascinated by its features, usability, functionality, flexibility and pricing. With this tool I can perform foreign language classes to kids. Also, I like that I constantly get new and new features and I like its customer service because they always care about my needs.
CONS: I’d like to see at least basic SCORM support. Also, they could include more ways of linking teachers and instructors all together so they could see each other’s information and reporting about students. In addition, they could make the process of purchasing a bundle intuitive.

Easier to set up. Cost-effective. Simple to learn. Love the User Interface. I started off by reviewing this tool with the free account option. Explored the tool almost in every aspect & then decided to implement this.
Reports can be improved. When I have to export the reports, I'll have to combine multiple reports to get some proper idea on the usage to present it to the leadership team. I definitely expect quick on-call support from TalentLMS (I'm using a premium plan).
TalentLMS has greatly influenced our employees to quickly log in to the portal & learn whatever they need. The ease of logging in is amazing. Creating content within LMS is simply beautiful. We run multiple training batches simultaneously using our LMS by creating multiple courses. This is awesome.
TalentLMS is very easy to set up, the system is very intuitive and we went live with our LMS very quickly.
We now have more than 300 users and more than 7000 courses assigned, the reporting is really great to assess where the training content can be improved and where the quiz could be made harder or simpler. The level of granularity available is amazing ... we can report at a very high level but also get insights at user level.
It is also easy to scale up, so you do not need to spend a lot of money initially, and even after scaling up, the cost is still lower than a lot of their competitors.
We also really like the fact that we could suscribe to a monthly plan, rather than committing for a year at a time!
The knowledge base and help system is very extensive, but on the couple of occasions we had some very specific issue or question, their support was not only very fast to reply, but our issues were solved quickly.
After using TalentLMS for a few months, and going full scale for the last three, I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about Talent LMS
Start with the free option to get a feel for the system - you can add 5 users and 10 courses, so you have nothing to lose!
We initially had an issue with sharing system documentation, it was either done via Word documents or Powerpoints, emailed to users. It was causing some difficulties with ensuring that the users always had the latest information.
Now we are using the TalentLMS functionality to assign courses to new users, but when content has to be updated, we can publish it on LMS and instantly inform all users that were assigned the original content that something was updated.
We can monitor that people have seen the new content.
The benefits for us are not only instant sharing of knowledge and updates, but also deflecting some questions on our Helpdesk. We have seen a reduction in tickets where the root cause was knowledge or understanding.

PROS: TalentLMS is extremely easy to use software and it allows me to manage all my 12 customers from my account. Every company has their own URL, branding, courses and site admin whom I provide trainings. Training modules take me no more than 20min. Sometimes I follow-up questions and I constantly make myself available to my users. I can enable my clients to have their sales teams trained for selling their products.
CONS: They could add some more features for admins and they could improve branch side design to be even more powerful.
