We would like there to be more features, but trust that they will be adding more

Instead of having paper SOPs, which get torn and destroyed in work trucks, this platform makes it accessable and easy to use.

I’ve been consistently impressed with TalentCards, particularly its dedicated mobile application. Regardless of the screen size, the application performs admirably, making for a seamless user experience across different devices.

What stands out most about TalentCards is its remarkable degree of customization. The ability to personalize the mobile app with different color schemes for each area or client adds a layer of uniqueness that truly sets it apart.

Despite the numerous benefits of TalentCards, there are a couple of areas where I would appreciate some enhancements. Firstly, the addition of open-ended questions, where participants can fill in their responses, would be a significant improvement. This feature could pave the way for more dynamic and engaging learning experiences.

Secondly, a more simplified management of media content would also be welcome. Streamlining this process could potentially improve user efficiency and lead to even better customization of learning materials.

Talent Cards is a very easy-to-use platform, specifically for young people who may be starting their first job or do not have much work experience. The simplicity of having a learning platform in their pocket is very reassuring to younger employees.

The desktop interface can be a tad clunky at times. I use many images for references, and specific dimensions and small file sizes hamper the ability to upload photos.

Customer Service is very responsive and quick to act when I have issues, though the problems are few and far between. I would like to see more ability to sort and categorize card sets, such as in folders, without them being classified as a sequence to tidy things up a bit.

How easy it is to start using Talentcards and how high the employee experience is. These two combined with a great pricing strategy makes it almost impossible not to use Talentcards.

The desing options are a bit limited. We used canva and photoshop to create more animations and nicer cards.

It helps us to onboard and train new colleagues who do not have a laptop in a very personal way. It saves us a great amount of time and the experience is very good!

Talent Cards was a great solution to us wanting to create flashcards to help people in the organization learn each other's names. The platform allows you to bulk upload images, in this case, we used headshots, and that saved us a lot of time. We were also able to create a flashcard set that allowed our users to score themselves on their progress. This has proved incredibly helpful in the memorization process. In addition, learning these features was incredibly easy with the help of Athena Marousis, the Growth Marketer for Talent Cards, who went above and beyond to teach us how to use the platforms, and gave us incredibly detailed and timely responses whenever we needed help or had additional questions. The platform coupled with the customer service made for a really great experience.

The only issues we experienced with Talent Cards were a few glitches along the way. They were always relatively small and never took long to solve. For example sometimes when I was putting text on the cards, if I pressed "return" too many times, to move the text down, it would delete the bottom line of the text instead of just stopping the return. There were other glitches similar to this, but they would only happen occasionally and were never consistent. (If that happened on one card, it wouldn't on the next 5).

Talent Cards solved a major issue for our leadership team, which was finding a platform that would allow us to create flashcards of employees that could be stored securely, and viewed on the web and an app. We looked at other options, but Talent Cards had the best learning solutions.

TalentCards is a highly practical platform for training our remote teams. The beauty is that they can log in on a handheld device and complete the card sets easily.

When sending invitations to TalentCards we can't see that the message has been sent.

With a clean interface and competitive price point, I would highly recommend you trial TalentCards.

TalentCards allow us to quickly and easily provide our teams with relevant training without the need for meetings, presentations or virtual events. Without TalentCards we would struggle to train our teams effectively.

TalentCards is a good tool for a membership organisation seeking to build greater participation of it's members (we have +11.000 members). We have used it for short mobile friendly courses and quizes. Recommended!

The cards are very easy to use and allow customized solutions for everyone. In case you have questions, the Talentcards sales team does an incredible job.

Hard to say. Right now, no negative experiences at all.

Sharing knowledge in an easy way. For developer and user. Knowledge stays in the company and gets shared easily with new employees. Great onboarding tool.

The simplicity of consultation for the end user is disarming.

I even let people unfamiliar with technology try it and they found it intuitive and practical.

What convinced me most of all is the simplicity of compiling the contents for me: much simpler than the power point.

Congratulations indeed to those who designed and built it. It makes my job as a trainer and coach more effective.

I have tried to find some weak points, but at the moment, I have not succeeded.

I can only say that I found the scrolling of cards much more fluid in iOs systems than Android, but I am almost sure that it depends on the operating system and not on the App.

My advice is to try them. Fortunately, you can create decks of cards and configure the system without having to subscribe for a fee (using it up to 5 users, enough to do excellent tests).

I discovered them by chance, being able to try them for free allowed me to fall in love with them and bring the app into my work routines with customers.

I use this app to allow my coachees to review the contents of the session. A handy summary for them, with a final learning test.

This is not only useful to them but also to me, allowing me to see who is consulting the summary, when and how many times, responding well to the test.

The principle of gaming that allows you to offer more stimuli without exaggerating the competition between them is very stimulating.

The modules are easy to generate and it is so great that my Sales Team can access the card sets on their mobiles. The card set information is easy to retain the info and saves time. The reporting is such a useful tool and is automated.

I battle a bit when loading background images as there is no real application to adjust size etc. Unless you have the exact image size. I find I have to continuously go backwards to adjust my images. It would also be great to be able to set my own font size, as the text blocks are automated.

The most awesome thing is that I now dont have to send out so many emails to the team, They get their card set links with a deadline to complete. I can also see their progress at any time. The on-the-go mobile app is just great as they can complete their training in their own time.
