I have also found that it now only takes me 25 min to review 100 CV and invite them in for an interview. The same process previously tool up to 4 hours.

I cant think of nothing, I have been very happy with our decision to go with Talent Genie.

Other systems are simply not able to do what Genie can do. It can ready and understand language and then make decision on the appropriate shortlist. It's like having additional headcount doing the hard work.

Time to fill a position has improved by 7 days and our costs are down.

Cutting edge technology and features that are yet to be found in any of the competitive products.

Nothing in particular to be honest. Most likely lack of internet speed which can affect the connection.

Looking to implement this type of solution within the broader SA market to ensure that both clients and candidates have the best opportunity to meet their particular needs.
