This employee engagement software was straightforward to use and implementing it into our organization was a breeze. I like that it offered numerous surveys and allowed the user to give feedback anonymously. This is very beneficial when handling performance evaluations and ensuring we are on target to meet our Benchmark. I did not use customer support so I can't comment on that.

Although this program seems to be great, it is aimed toward Editorial {professionals, I wish it offered the same support in a broader area so our organization could benefit from it. For this reason, I was not a frequent user.
