Talend is one of the best ETL tool which I have used for Data Integration which use advanced data mapping transformation tools. It made data cleaning, validation and standardization work very easy and quick because of which transformation becomes very smooth.

Because I am not from Java backgroung, it took me some time to understand the Telend since it's a Java based tool.

Talend help me to maintain the good flow of data which is coming in and transfroming ( Cleaning and Validiating ) and finding insights from the data. Beacause of it big data management become very easy for me in my work.

Creating jobs without programming knowledge.

Hard to go back if you make a mistake. Could use more tutorials.

Read from files, make REST/SOAP calls, LDAP ... making REST API jobs that map calls.
