This is great platform with wonderful insight

PROS: I like that this tool provides us with robust data on business pitches and it provides with thorough knowledge on potential clients and their behavior on social media. ROI provides us with information on how social media works and our performance. This tool has one of the best client service and account managers, they help us get best experience from this product, they help us to figure out how this product works and what we get from it.

CONS: There are some websites that we cannot pull out data from but I’m satisfied from this product at the end of the day.

Synthesio is great solution for managing social media activities

PROS: Synthesio offers powerful defense system against potential risks to our brand, we can highlight customer sentiment and react faster according to the needs of our customers. Also, there are daily alerts that highlight potential risks and it depends on the data that is useful. The customer support team is always willing to help and assist us through every step of the product.

CONS: The auto sentiment tagging needs some improvements because sometimes mistakes neutral or positive comment as negative. Also, it can be hard to navigate it at times. To speak the truth, we use Conversocial tool for all reporting like response time, AHT, root cause analysis and volumes because Syntesio doesn’t offer these features.

This is accurate social media monitoring solution

PROS: This tool is easy to set up, it has great dashboard and user-friendly modules. It is customizable solution and easy to use. It allows us to update preferences and provides us with interactive data charts that are extremely useful for real-time analysing, monitoring and reporting. The support team is responsive and always willng to help.

CONS: I’d like to pull specific data from various social platforms, they could include more personalized data from social interactions and customers’ activities.

"Amazing tool for social listening"

What do you like best about Synthesio?

Through synthesio we were able to do great social listening about consumer opinions on different topics, synthesio help us to make amazing analysis of these topics and therefore have actionable consumer insights, also it is a very intuitive tool but at the same time super complete, it's a great tool for us, and it has become a fundamental part of the business!

What do you dislike about Synthesio?

The dashboard setup is laborious and can be time consuming but in the end it is completely worth it.

Recommendations to others considering Synthesio:

Be patient and take the time to do the set up cause in the end you will be able to do great things with synthesio

What problems is Synthesio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Questions that we had about the consumer precisely about consumption habits, moments of consumption, tastes, preferences, among other things and that we were able to solve through the analyzes we do with synthesio, we can have really good insights about consumer very quickly.

"Amazing tool that has become essential to our reporting needs"

What do you like best about Synthesio?

Our team has be extremely happy with Synthesio's social listening capabilities. Their query builder makes understanding social sentiment on both broad and niche topics easy. Their wide range of tools always provides our team with important insights. Another important factor is their excellent customer service. Anytime we've needed help their team is there.

What do you dislike about Synthesio?

As with anything, there's definitely a learning curve but as I wrote above there's nothing I have't been able to clarify with their team.

What problems is Synthesio solving and how is that benefiting you?

An important part of our business is providing clients with almost real time insights during crisis management. With Synthesio we are able to quickly and effectively provide our clients with vital reporting.

What do you like best about Synthesio?

I think that Signals is a great new addition to the product. The fact that I don’t have to hunt around for the most important information saves me a lot of time and energy.

I’m very happy and don’t have any real complaints.

"Great for social listening!"

What do you like best about Synthesio?

Customer service staff is very dedicated and helpful. We were able to get a brand new dashboard created with revamped topics in just a couple weeks.

What do you dislike about Synthesio?

There is a lot of social noise that comes through our filters, especially related to stocks, that we’ve been working to get out for the better part of a year. Filters are definitely better than they were six months ago, but not perfect.

Recommendations to others considering Synthesio:

Take the time to learn it’s functionality completely- it offers a lot of great tools!

We are aware of everything said about our brand on social media daily and are able to respond to any issues our customers have quickly. We’re also able to compare our stats to competitors.

I have great experience with Synthesio

PROS: This is very easy to use product. It is highly flexible and wonderful tool for reporting. The client service team is important to us and they assist and help us along the way. This is great and ful featured solution for social analytics and campaign management. We can spot valuable opportunities thanks to its thorough insights. I like its navigation and set up.

CONS: The privacy policies are very restrictive.

Synthesio is easy to use and it provides great insights

PROS: This product is user-friendly and intuitive wih great design and visualisation of data, there are charts and graphs so you can easily analyze your data. You can export the chart or you can use raw data for future manipulations. Also, it offers real time insights, crisis tracking and social media monitoring. With this tool we managed to increase mentions and followers.

CONS: In my opinion the analyse system needs some improvements, also they could include option so we can easily switch between work spaces so we can reduce time spent for data extraction. In addition, I’d like to see an option that would help me to pull put dara from blog/forum or twitter account.
