Simple UI for attendance management and workforce management

There is Nothing much about the Synel tool.

Attendance management - It is saving alot of productive time by simply providing this service from Synel.

Its designed very well in a structured way and its more suitable for mobile applications and parr or digital one COE and majorly useful for the innovative projects.

Design team appears that it's not aligned properly to meet the new requirements. Also , the components should be more self explanatory and the training materials should be good to catch up the eyes of this product.

I got a chance to work on Mobile COE and we were asked to design the management and mapping the UX with the Agile Process which helped our business in more productive manner.

Synel is a new generation workforforce management system. It helps in various aspects for workforce management like time and attendance, scheduling and reporting. Can get connected to mobile app and biometric machine for easy maintenance

Whole and whole a great software to use but yes as I have used other software compare to that it is more expensive than those. Whenever you are using it for new requirements it is not aligned well. Also you need to research the components in it should be more clear or self explanatory

Many benefits including creation of dashboards and reports that too in a easy way.

We can integrate synel with other application for a better and easy lookout in one go

It is one of the most innovative workforce management solutions. It helps to record time and attendance, scheduling, informative dashboards,reporting. The best feature is that its connected to mobile app and biometric attaendance.

Overall it's a very innovative and easy use software but it's a bit expensive compared to other systems in the market. There is also a bit of technical know how required while integrating the system into other in-house systems.

It is a One Stop solution for workforce management. It is highly agile and digital. It is easily accessible through the app and to pull the reports. It is best at measuring the productivity of the team which helps to drive efficiencies.

I like the different bunch of features that Synel provides, which help save time and effort in a lot of day-to-day activities important for an organization to track employees' activities and help in planning and analytics. Activities like shift scheduling, time tracking, and team communication are very helpful for the management of different teams and hence the organization. It helps in roles and access management as well, which are very helpful for any new team member's onboarding and management of the existing employees.

Few of the features are not fully functional at the moment and are maybe still in the testing phase and hence not rolled out for all the users like different hr features. So, if all the features would be available, it will help in easy management of hr capabilities of an organization as well.

Synel is helping as a great help in workforce management and is benefiting in a lot of employees' activities management like timesheet tracking, leave and absence tracking and provides other analytics-based reports generation as well, along with payroll reports kind of benefits. It can prove to be an overall tool which can help in easy managing of workforce for any company

I know syntel company from last 2 years. i am working for their requirements on daily basis and its really good company.

syntel have very few openings and they are slow in selection.
