I love how everything is on one page and there aren't all of the different tabs like in legacy. It will make my check steps much easier so I don't miss information.
I think it would be super helpful to have a chat session available to help work through problems that I might be having while working on my parts.
As of right now we are only using CXH for Lowe's and HD Supply. However, I did realize that I think it might be beneficial for us to look into using it for all of our customers
I love that you can set "presets" for retailers image specs and then the images automatically download to the correct size and format for the specific retailer.
At this moment, there wasn't anything I disliked.
Through CXH we are solving our business issue of consistency with our online content across retailers.
Amazing team and customer care! They also provide great training. The platform is easy to use. It has the content grader so you know if your content is complete before trying to send to anyone. They provide on site training on a quarterly basis and really cater to your needs. I am extremely happy with Syndigo and would recommend to anyone!

We have one place to manage all of our product data, content and digital assets. We can also syndicate all of it to our customer base whether it be through direct connect or data export.
Syndigo is able to receive content through an API allowing for automated syndication. Flexible software that allows quick and easy customization. Granular and well maintained taxonomy. Useful DAM functionality.

The Edgenet team is truly a collaborative business partner and LISTENS to its" customers. Edgenet as an organization is customer centric - support is top notch. Additionally I think that Edgenet as a software company is on the cutting edge and constantly strives to improve their products.
Our company has been with Edgenet for the past year and I cannot honestly tell you there is anything I dislike. Edgenet takes customer feedback very seriously and is extremely responsive.
The only thing I can say I dislike: Upgrade to most recent version of Google Chrome. I have to login with IE.
Become an Enterprise user. It makes absolute sense to publish both GDSN and Marketing content with one software supplier.
Scotts utilizes Edgenet to publish GDSN product data and Marketing content.
Most online data aggregators push requirements out from distribution/retail without concern for the downstream affects on manufacturers. Edgenet is always cognizant of how changes affect vendors and works with them to manage the process.

I received a lot of new and helpful information, in addition to that Edgenet Team is always very helpful and supportive.
During the workshop about GDSN, the presenter Mark O. explained very clear and concise how it works and helped me to understand issues about it that I've been having with some of our retailer customers, he even took the time after the workshop to answer the rest of my questions.
As a suggestion please test room speakers before training starts so the audience gets to watch videos during presentations and have computer battery handy in case is needed.
Currently we update each one of our retailers through their portal, that is a lot of work, Edgenet will help us collect, manage and share our product data to retailers, all data will be consolidated in 1 single source.
Customer support is "best in class". These guys have been AWESOME partners for over 6 years. If there are ever any issues, which is seldom, they are relentless in their resolve. The platform is incredibly easy to use no matter your technical abilities, or lack there of. Easy to use vendor portal for partners to upload assets. Technology is solid.

Shotfarm is a clean, user-friendly interface that will continually improve as the team releases regular enhancements. Has already been a huge time saver for us in creating a consistent shopping experience for our brand in the eComm channel as we are able to quickly gather current marketing content and assets (and rename if needed) for our customers, ensuring that they have the most current versions.
Folders allow users to quickly isolate a specific subset of assets and essentially create a user-friendly product catalog that can also be shared externally with anyone that has partner level access. Alternatively, ZIP file downloads can be created and emailed to non-Shotfarm users--functionality similar to Dropbox. Data access can also be controlled on a per field basis.
The ability to push content directly to Shotfarm product content network partners is also a huge feature that can save significant time in filling out customer templates or filing helpdesk tickets.
Customer support is ultra-responsive as well.
There is an export size limit that you will have to contend with if you have a large number of assets. You are also currently limited to exporting data sheets in CSV format only which can lead to formatting issues if opened directly in Excel (i.e. leading zeroes from UPC codes are dropped)--but this is ultimately an Excel issue.
Shotfarm has saved us a significant amount of time in distributing content and images to our eCommerce partners. Additionally Shotfarm has provided our sales team with a user-friendly interface to research products and obtain information for their customers.

"We elected to move our GDSN data to Syndigo in order to integrate all our product content in a single platform. I was new to the solution and process when I started onboarding. The Syndigo team was very patient and simplified the process of uploading, managing and syndicating the content to my recipients. I understand the value of customer service, and when you find it you should call it out! I was able to advance my knowledge much quicker because of the Syndigo team's guidance during each step, and I really appreciate it!"
What do you dislike?
Some platform errors but that is aligned with typical software applications. When there was any software errors Syndigo was quickly engaged with their IT teams to correct.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am a kinesthetic learner, my suggestion is to tinker with the platform in more of a test environment prior to going live. Also utilize the Syndigo onboarding support to have any questions or concerns addressed.
