I like the ease of use the best with SyncWords. The process of uploading, editing, and downloading completed customer-ready files surpasses my expectations and is indispensable to the success of my business.

There is nothing I dislike. I wish I had more files to process through SyncWords.

While the automated transcripts are not perfect, they are very close. Of course specialized words will always be a challenge to AI. SyncWords is a very easy to use aide to our business today. You won't be disappointed in the product or the customer service you receive.

Timing transcripts for closed captioning is a time-consuming process. Utilizing SyncWords to help me is the only way I can process several hours each day of video for my customers.

Human and automated captioning with multi-language translations for live virtual events.

SyncWords quickly became a trusted vendor in captioning services for our events once we started working with them. Their platform is simple and easy to use when booking captioning services. Staff members are reliable, friendly and quick to provide best practices & answers in setting up their services for our events.

The embedded widget could be larger than just 5 lines of text. I would recommend to development increasing the line allotment to at least 10. Also, I would suggest an option to be able to delete captions from an administration view that show up in the live event pages. Sometimes we do a few tests and want to make sure that doesn't show up to our audience when they view the captions created by the ASR technology. Everything else is great so far that we have used.

Live captioning and translation services for virtual events. Virtual audiences find it nice to have the option of captions on a live event when they login into view, especially in their native languages.

My friend and I created a lecture video, and we wanted to put captions to it. I knew SyncWords had an automated service that would automatically match captions from a transcript of this lecture, so I gave their service a try. I had an opportunity to speak with them and have an introduction to the service, and they couldn't have been more friendly to deal with. It was a lengthy lecture, and the caption placement was unbelievably accurate! In a couple of hours, start to finish with creating my account and instructions for the job, my hour-long lecture had accurate captions. I was able to walk away and let their service do the work. I went over it later, and I didn't have to change or correct anything. I would use the service again, surely!

The kindness of the folks at the company AND the accuracy of their software.

I honestly can't think of anything that I disliked about the service.

Please don't hesitate to give them a try. My experience with them was very positive.

First, learning to use software to handle these captions myself, and second, the time I'm sure it would take for me to accomplish them.

The responsiveness and the ability to adjust quickly as the circumstances of the event changing.

Syncwords was incredibly reliable. We had over 40 instances where captioning was required during our event. We needed it for Keynote and breakout sessions. There were times we needed Syncword Captioners, times our client was providing captioners and times we needed to do ASR captioning. Kedar, our Syncwords rep, was incredibly on point and ready to adjust to our needs at a moment's notice. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I have partnered with SyncWords since early 2020 on more than 100 virtual broadcasts and hybrid studio events. They've supported e2k events for National Geographic, The Wall Street Journal, Emerson Collective, the Computer History Museum, HBO, among others. Without fail, SyncWords have delivered exceptional real human-captioning services, bespoke technical setups that integrate with various e2k studios and virtual platforms, auto-translation into multiple languages, and same-day and overnight support when necessary.

Not only is SyncWords' range of products and solutions exceptional and cutting-edge in our industry, but their service and support model is second to none. They are always by our side until the project is complete. They handily cope with schedule changes and last-minute requests from our clients, and I cannot think of one instance where they didn't go above and beyond to make our events better, smarter and more accessible. We have been trying to make accessibility a core function of all e2k studio broadcasts, and SyncWords have been integral to our success.

There is nothing we dislike. The offering is what it says on the tin -- competent, affordable captioning tools. Same-day transcription and live/human captioning are reasonably priced. There have been zero technical errors or failures. It truly is top-notch.

We are excited for the day when machine captioning and translation will be as proficient as having a human do the work, but we're not quite there yet. So we still rely on SyncWords' excellent stable of human staff.

We are providing real-time transcription (closed and open captions) to virtual and live event attendees who need accessibility support. SyncWords have helped us embed captions directly into live and pre-recorded videos... into smart widgets on our virtual event platforms that open on request and don't impede the visual experience... into custom HTTPS feeds that our studios teams can ingest, stylize and embed into our broadcasts... and more. SyncWords are always looking to expand their technical know-how and we've had fun experimenting together with new solutions as the virtual event world has taken deeper root throughout the 2020-2021 pandemic.

We had a live virtual event project that spanned over five weeks that required live closed captioning. We worked closely with the SyncWords team to integrate live closed captioning into the event platform in multiple lamguages.

There were not many things that our team disliked. There were some technical issues with captioners having problems connecting the SyncWords system, that being said, technical difficulties are a simple by-product of working in online virtual events, etc.

The main problem that using SyncWords allowed us to solve was the multi language challenge we faced for captions. But as mentioned previously the way the integration is designed for the user to interact it made it very easy to use with the choice of languages we required.

We've used SyncWords for multiple projects over the past year—each one requiring different combinations of human or automated captions and translations. We used iframe integration with our custom platform.

The customer service is second to none. They walked us through setup and assisted with testing before each event. Fast responses via email when we needed help. The CMS is intuitive and easy to use. Iframe integration was incredibly easy. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

After several events, I have only positive things to say about our experience with SyncWords.
