What do you like best about Synchroteam?

Great for Automated Scheduling, Automatic Reminders, Calendar Management, Digital Signage, Document Management, Employee Databases, Employee Scheduling, Group Scheduling, Import/Export Data, Multi-Language, Reporting, Resource Management, and Task Management.

What do you dislike about Synchroteam?

Need Mac however outsider Calendar Syncing, Accounting Integration, Client Website Integration, Email Integration, and Mobile Access are justified, despite all the trouble.

What problems is Synchroteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because time is cash, drive up your profits by knowing how much time your group spends on occupations, travel, breaks.

What do you like best about Synchroteam?

The views let you see the staff availability and change the tasks in a calendar style view by dragging and dropping the tasks.

Having the screen where technicians pick up the tasks that are not assigned to anyone. It's known as job-pool.

What do you dislike about Synchroteam?

A bit on the expensive side. The workflow area is a bit complicated as well.

What problems is Synchroteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to see all technicians and jobs on one page and the availability of these technicians.

What do you like best about Synchroteam?

My favorite feature is the customer portal, which uses a token-based rather than login-based system. This token-based systems means that you can share any item or group of items with anyone - a single invoice, a single asset and its related data, a single job site, an entire customer, etc.

What do you dislike about Synchroteam?

Lack of 2-way integration with Quickbooks, inability to schedule multiple visits for a job.
