I can't think of any cons since we started.
We are syncing NetSuite to MailChimp. We tested over five different vendors including Celigo and SyncApps was the best.
SImple to setup and use for a novice IT group. We are a small mom-and-pop shop and can do just enough in computers to get ourselves into trouble. So something as simple as this helps us grow our company.
We want to do more, but there isn't time to learn and take our API to connect to the next level. This issue isn't an issue with the product as much as we need to have more training.
It is simple to set up but for the more prominent features, make sure to take advantage of any training you can get your hands on.

Connector between Constant Contact and Salesforce (two-way integration)
We picked SyncApps because it was the only connector that would support Dynamics CRM on-premise, and we needed a solid integration between CRM and ActiveSync.
Technical support (that's you, John ;-) ), both pre- and post-sales is sterling. It is the best we ever had with any partner vendor. Kudos!
The basic product is free, which is cool. However, after you throw in all the must-haves and nice-to-haves, the subscription can quickly cost a fortune.
Integration of heterogen systems. Saves us tons of data transcription and miscommunication errors.
There are many options for connecting MailChimp to Salesforce, and I have found SyncApps' solution to be the most flexible & easy to use, as well as priced appropriately for nonprofit organizations. Support is incredibly responsive and patient with questions! The in-app guidance is very helpful for getting things set-up.
A few things can be a bit confusing - difficult to understand when field mapping syncs or does not update records, order of operations on syncs. Support team was available to answer my questions though!
MailChimp to Salesforce, bidirectional sync
Easy to set up to sync with Salesforce and MailChimp with the assistance of the great support team who responds quickly to your emails. I like the ability to "Sync Now" to see if the changes I've made were correct. And the ability to use Marketing Lists in Salesforce allows for multiple groups syncing with just one sync profile. I have been able to set up the addition of contacts to the appropriate Marketing Lists using the Process Builder in Salesforce. Easy to add additional Salesforce orgs to our SyncApps account too. Now have automation for both orgs. Saves so much time and headache!

The representative I interacted with, John, was very quick to help me resolve my issue (something that has been causing me a lot of headache and problem). He was quick to answer and very helpful. I was able to resolve my issue on the very first interaction.
Initally I did have problems with account setup, but at this time, I no longer have any problems. From when I first began using the service, it appears customer service and account support has substantially improved.
I was having issues with our the Salesforce to Constant Contact integration, but are now resolved. This integration, however, has allowed our company to sync email address from Salesforce into our email distribution list in Constant Contact.
