There are a large number of out of the box connectors for all of the major integration systems, Salesforce, MSSQL and others. It has worked well with the api calls for my lesser known ERP. It is a visual drag and drop interface for creating the workflows and transformations and it is relatively cheap on an annual basis. It is automated and is used across the business daily.

It's a steep learning curve. Yes its drag and drop to set the building blocks but it also takes some time to learn how to configure each block and the online help is vague. Initially it also just didn't work very well and needed a of of work from the support team just to get it functioning correctly. The customer support team were not always responsive.
