Could have had a much user friendly ui. Search engine is not up to the mark. Doesn't always show all the results when searchinf for a user.

It makes it easy for teams and individuals to connect thorugh instant messaging for quick updates and short communications. File transfer and screenshot sharing are added advantages.

I like the integration of the chat rooms and the number of people that can be joined which lets big corporations and companies create groups/chat rooms and communicate fluently and the integration of the iOs app which helps very much

I dislike the search function for previous chats and the UI interface which I think can be improved as same as the notification way which can be improved also.

In work we have group chats where we discuss live issues and instant messages between group members , this helps us alot in our communication

I really like the ability to create and save chat rooms. It allows me to quickly chat with the whole team or share important info. It is skype on steroids. You can also use to talk with external contacts.

I wish I could mute notifications for certain chat rooms without having to leave them. I would also like to be able to be more creative with its look.

I am able to quickly communicate with my team as well as a greater team. It also allows for all to put in their input for others to see and collaborate.

Very secure collaborate be tool with multiroom chat facility. Users can create their own room, deploy self learning bots, call out other participants in the chat, share files secured and encrypted.

The tool is customizable and has great flexibility.

The tool cannot replace Skype for business as at present or the version I am using doesn't support Audio, Video and screenshare.

Single screen to manage all chats related at a single window. All backdated chats are stored in a single window.

i have personally benefitted from the application as it has helped me to ease my communication with my current organization

Symphony is easy to use and it has many feature inside. I can manage all of my events in one space from creation and registration through to communication. Symphony best feature were the customer service representative. Symphony is multiple chat and group chat and ability to forward the massage.

Symphony-Nothing as such I found which I didn't like this application. I like this application and i am very happy to use this application.

We are using for internal massaging and also for application integration.

It has a few things which a chat tool should absolutely have :

- Multiple Chat windows at the same time.

- Group Chats

- Status of person typing.

- Ability to forward the messages.

- Able to mark and reply the messages.

It allows the screen capture but it does not allows pasting the image from clip board, a lot of other chat tools do.Snipping tool comes handy when this is allowed. Otherwise it makes it difficult to send screen snip when working on a single screen.

If you are using a chat tool which is bit heavy, symphony is a real treat. Solves almost everything which you expect from a instant chat solution tool.
