Symantec Endpoint is the best endpoint solution for a office environment. it allows to manage using admin account, push updates, remove infected viruses and generate custom reports as well. Admin can get the email notifications daily reports, update states and many more.

I have use Symantec in my personal devices from more than 5 years ago and in our company using Symantec Endpoint solution. Its run very smoothly over desktops, servers and virtual environments as well.

It's the best software to monitoring, avoiding, warning, and disclosure of malware, intrusions and viruses. Detected malware, intrusions and viruses let us know what employees are trying to put in there units and we were able set a standard to the usage of our laptop and units provided to operation. What we like about Symantec Endpoint Protection is that it provides us a full on security against malwares and viruses. It keeps the company protected from all possible hazards of virus. Since we are using an open sources such as internet browsing or downloading data, it serves a barrier that guards us. It is so easy to use and It also keeps us notified of any possible virus or potential data breach from external sources.

Though some software or product that we are using is not affected by viruses and harmful things, Symantec endpoint protection is limiting to even not allowing us to access or use the tool. We even need to coordinate with our Information technology team to take a look of it which takes time to check.

I recommend this tool to all BPO company especially if you are a kind of business that is open to open sources like we do. This will protect your company for any viruses that you are susceptible to get.

This is one of the tools we first started using a few years ago. We havent been able to find another product as good as it. The way it manages Windows updates and even cross checks them to make sure our customers really need them installed is amazing. Now all they have to do is click yes or no when they are prompted for a update and Symantec does the rest

The only downfall for this product would have to be its price
