What do you like best about Sybill?

AI summaries sent to slack allow me to have my finger on the pulse of every demo my team perfroms.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Anything we've asked about is either being developed or the team added our product feature request.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saves my AE's time by providing AI summaries and AI Emails. I don't have to guess at which calls to review. I can read a summary of every call in a Slack channel and choose which calls I need to dig deeper into.

What do you like best about Sybill?

The ability to measure prospect/customer engagement is very powerful. To see the call metrics such as your talk time v. prospect talk time is great. I love the highlights and summarization of next steps. Best of, Sybill's new AI-generated call summary is a tremendous productivity boost. No more worrying about taking notes during a call and tediously entering the details of the call into your CRM system. The AI summary is synched automatically to the account and you are ready to move on to the next meeting.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

I can't think of a downside to using Sybill.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sybill eliminates the need to take notes in a call because you know every nuance of the meeting is being captured.

What do you like best about Sybill?

I like the summary of the call that it sends after it. It captures a summary of the call, and main takeaways from each person very accurately. I haven't tried their AI

What do you dislike about Sybill?

I haven't seen much in the way of filtering all calls for specific words or features mentioned. I also have not seen a way to correct a word that the voice recognition incorrectly transcribed.

It's possible I need to dig in more.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recaps after calls, going back to relisten to specific parts.

What do you like best about Sybill?

I am a salesperson taking between 8 - 10 Zoom call demos daily. I love being personal, but it isn't easy when we talk with many people in a day.

Sybill sits in the background and remembers all of the things that I don't.

Great transcription, clear break down of different individuals in conversation, and expressing participants' interest is crucial to knowing how to disseminate what might and might not be necessary to your prospect.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

There is nothing that I do not like about Sybill. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. My only recommendation is that the AI email have a "smart" and "dumb" version, as sometimes the crafted email is a bit intense for what a natural person would write.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transcription of calls and recording of meetings. Allowing users to refer back to important sales conversations.

Sybill is fantastic at summarizing from this transcription for follow-up emails and the next steps.

What do you like best about Sybill?

I like that Sybill sends me a recap of my calls and includes relevant information I might have forgotten. I can count on Sybill to email me the meeting details and the next steps.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

Sometimes Sybill doesn't pick up the correct information, but it is far and few between, and it is expected with this kind of technology. I haven't had many issues at all with Sybill yet.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sybill solves the problem of having to listen back to entire conversations. Sybill summarizes my meetings and sends me a recap of the outcome, next steps, conversation starters, and pain points. Sybill benefits me by making sure I never miss my prospects conversations.

What do you like best about Sybill?

Comprehensive breakdown of the meeting that is valuable to all involved and is simple and easy to understand. Key points and follow up needed are delivered in a simple but robust outline that is a game changer. Time savings alone are ROI positive but the intuitive notes created by Sybill are invaluable to say the least.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

Its an evolving technology.Nothings perfect but they are a close as its comes. No negative issues.

What do you like best about Sybill?

The ridiculously simple interface that packs quite a punch in quickly conveying an incredibly concise and accurate summary of my zoom calls. Love the way all the key elements of an effective summary (video, behaviors, body language, rapport, and transcript) all exist in the same app

What do you dislike about Sybill?

1. Perhaps highlight more of the behavioral and non-verbal signals from the call a bit more. Maybe an interpretation of them??

2. Have an opportunity to edit the summary to enhance or "fix" inaccuracies.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

the ability to "see" a call I wish I could have been on... and have an instant summary provided to me to see where we have opportunities to coach and learn.

What do you like best about Sybill?

I love the fact that you can tell when somebody is engaged, and when somebody is not. The option to transcribe the entire call makes finding certain parts of the call extremely easy as well!

What do you dislike about Sybill?

I've had this happen to me a few times where the note-taker just won't join the Zoom meeting. I want it to. But usually logging out and then logging back in solve that issue.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sybill is helping me hone my pitch deck. It's letting me know when prospects are disengage with my presentation so I can go in after the call and make my presentation more engaging.

What do you like best about Sybill?

From someone demo'ing 10 new prospects a day; I couldn't ask for a better 'notetaker'. Everything is tracked, everything is there for me to review, it's seamless.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

I would say this about any tech, we have been too spoiled, but I wish the meetings were transcribed and presented a little faster and more consistently.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a notetaker, Sybill transcribes my meetings and allows me to click through very quickly to the main talking points. It is also tracking engagement, talk time and a ton of other analytics that allow me to mold my sales approaches or spend more time on certain areas where I am lacking. Showing me, within a demo, where I am losing or gaining engagement has been game-changing.

What do you like best about Sybill?

Summaries are out of this world. While it's not 100%, it's about 95% there, but 95% better than 0% is something to definitely brag about. It's an enormous time saving and an extremely accurate way to understand what happened on a call, what next steps are, and where the deal stands. We use this for sales, marketing, CS, and even for our member calls to help understand who are the most engaged. As a user for the past couple of years, the tech continues to get better and better, and I love it.

What do you dislike about Sybill?

Note taking on the calls would be nice. I like coaching my reps on specific parts and it would be nice to input some comments on the different sections. Not a deal killer since everything positive makes up for this, but it would be so awesome.

What problems is Sybill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sybill allows for sellers, coaches, and observers to understand what happened on the call without listening to it in its entirety. It saves a lot of time and it's been super accurate.
