The ability to measure prospect/customer engagement is very powerful. To see the call metrics such as your talk time v. prospect talk time is great. I love the highlights and summarization of next steps. Best of, Sybill's new AI-generated call summary is a tremendous productivity boost. No more worrying about taking notes during a call and tediously entering the details of the call into your CRM system. The AI summary is synched automatically to the account and you are ready to move on to the next meeting.
I can't think of a downside to using Sybill.
Sybill eliminates the need to take notes in a call because you know every nuance of the meeting is being captured.

I haven't seen much in the way of filtering all calls for specific words or features mentioned. I also have not seen a way to correct a word that the voice recognition incorrectly transcribed.
It's possible I need to dig in more.

Great transcription, clear break down of different individuals in conversation, and expressing participants' interest is crucial to knowing how to disseminate what might and might not be necessary to your prospect.
There is nothing that I do not like about Sybill. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. My only recommendation is that the AI email have a "smart" and "dumb" version, as sometimes the crafted email is a bit intense for what a natural person would write.

The ridiculously simple interface that packs quite a punch in quickly conveying an incredibly concise and accurate summary of my zoom calls. Love the way all the key elements of an effective summary (video, behaviors, body language, rapport, and transcript) all exist in the same app
1. Perhaps highlight more of the behavioral and non-verbal signals from the call a bit more. Maybe an interpretation of them??
2. Have an opportunity to edit the summary to enhance or "fix" inaccuracies.
the ability to "see" a call I wish I could have been on... and have an instant summary provided to me to see where we have opportunities to coach and learn.
I love the fact that you can tell when somebody is engaged, and when somebody is not. The option to transcribe the entire call makes finding certain parts of the call extremely easy as well!
I've had this happen to me a few times where the note-taker just won't join the Zoom meeting. I want it to. But usually logging out and then logging back in solve that issue.

As a notetaker, Sybill transcribes my meetings and allows me to click through very quickly to the main talking points. It is also tracking engagement, talk time and a ton of other analytics that allow me to mold my sales approaches or spend more time on certain areas where I am lacking. Showing me, within a demo, where I am losing or gaining engagement has been game-changing.
Summaries are out of this world. While it's not 100%, it's about 95% there, but 95% better than 0% is something to definitely brag about. It's an enormous time saving and an extremely accurate way to understand what happened on a call, what next steps are, and where the deal stands. We use this for sales, marketing, CS, and even for our member calls to help understand who are the most engaged. As a user for the past couple of years, the tech continues to get better and better, and I love it.
Note taking on the calls would be nice. I like coaching my reps on specific parts and it would be nice to input some comments on the different sections. Not a deal killer since everything positive makes up for this, but it would be so awesome.
Sybill allows for sellers, coaches, and observers to understand what happened on the call without listening to it in its entirety. It saves a lot of time and it's been super accurate.
