I'm a Sr. Technical Recruiter in the Americas focusing on technical sourcing for cybersecurity professionals. I have a degree in cybersecurity, and I use OSINT to find candidates. Person of interest (POI) searches are time consuming and the value of this tool is the ability to get bulk contact information fast. I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I can search and add contact information from the extension. I also scrape a lot of data from various websites and can perform bulk uploads quickly. This makes my recruitment marketing so much easier, because I can export the lists and upload it to my applicant tracking system. I then send SMS and emails to candidates. The real value of this tool is reducing time to hire in the recruitment process and speeding up sourcing. I consider this tool to be very cost effective as well. In one placement you will earn far more than the annual cost of this tool. Comparable tools cost more and aren't nearly as accurate. Swordfish has exceeded my expectations, don't hesitate to add it to your suite of recruitment tools.

Their tool has a Zapier integration as well as a LinkedIn Extension as well as a Chrome extension. I'm never far from a contacts details as a result.

They don't have phone and email verification yet with the Zapier integration or bulk upload, but they are getting close I believe.

I'm getting the decision makers information so I can reach out to them personally and not get stopped by gatekeepers all the time.

I wish I could move the Chrome Extension Side Tab down/up as needed. It currently overlaps with another tool we use and I have to hover in just the right spot to use them....

We are able to reach people we were not able to do before. Having direct email/phone has been extremely beneficial. We no longer have to rely on a "black hole" InMail (or similar)...we now often times also have the ability to email, call, and text.
