"Swoogo has it all!"
What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is the easiest and most customizable event software that I have ever used! We have been able to pivot events and use Swoogo for almost all of our events - virtual or in-person. In addition, the customer service is first class!

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I wish Swoogo had an in-house full-service registration team.

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Swoogo allows for unlimited events, so if an event pops-up - you can get it up and running without having to research vendors and send out RFPs! It saves so much time!

What do you like best about Swoogo?

I've built registration sites on a variety of platforms and Swoogo is by far the easiest, has the best customer support, and was the easiest to quickly implement.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

Since I do not understand CSS coding, I've had trouble making custom template edits on my own. Fortunatly, I have been able to use the Swoogo product team for these changes.

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides me a easy registration platform to register guests for my events.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

It is easy to use, flexible, and has allowed us to automate/condense many manual processes. We love the simplicity of the pricing. We came from a previous event management company that had deceptive pricing tactics such as individual product/feature licenses with inconsistent costs associated with them, deceptive contract language, and fees that were determined by guesstimating the number of registrations you expected in the future. Swoogo has a single subscription fee, and it allows us to create multiple events of all types (virtual, hybrid, in-person) without having to pay extra. Their customer support is also incredible. I've never seen a team so responsive and helpful. The implementation was fast, there are plenty of integrations available, and we use it almost daily.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

Nothing. Anytime we've run into a roadblock, we've been able to find an acceptable workaround.

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Due to it's versatility, it has allowed to to create multiple events in one location. We host in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Swoogo allows us to do it all, in one place, for one price. The integrations have also allowed us to reduce the amount of time we spend setting up these events.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

I love the fact that this platform was created by people in the industry - EVENT PLANNERS!! They know exactly what people need to set up a successful event. I'm impressed by the fact that there is so much support and that it is user friendly. You choose how you want to set up your registration and go from there. Brilliant idea and well constructed. As someone that sets up events I'm truly impressed by what I've seen thus far.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I do know that I am a tiny bit overwhelmed the extensiveness of the platform, but it's only because I'm not a tech type person. On a good note, they have training sessions. So, nothing to really dislike.

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform allows you to set everything up so that it is pretty much self-sufficient. No more taking RSVPs by phone and entering them into a database. No more struggling with seating assignments for lunches, no more taking a database list and creating name tags...this platform solves all of that. So, it's nice when you have a smaller staff. You can create reports and send directly to your vendors (ie - dinner options can be selected during registration, and you simply generate a report and send to your caterer). They honestly thought of pretty much everything.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

The ability to customize each event and the amount of time it takes to do so. Swoogo allows you to create many paths for registration based on the attendee. For instance, our last event had over 400 different discount codes and 20 registration types. Mapping this out on the back end of Swoogo is much easier than other platforms. I love Swoogo!!

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I wish that Swoogo had additional templates for your agenda or speaker pages without having to purchase them. It gives you several to choose from but if you organization has alot of events, sometimes it's nice to have more options. I also firmly believe that the discount code field should be able to be edited in the "Update Multiple Registrants". I can see why it is in the finance set of fields, but editing this field is often a must and would be great to have it as a mass update rather than editing each record individually.

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Swoogo provides an easy to use platform for all our events. I love the customization. I love being able to automate the individual reports each member of our team wants every day. As the system admin, it makes my life simplier.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

I find Swoogo incredibly easy to use and for me, the main feature that I absolutely love is how easily it allows me to track all of our events in one place. Swoogo integrates easily into our site and has many functions that allow the sites to feel as though they were custom-designed. I highly recommend Swoogo for all business sizes.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I have not found a dislike for Swoogo at all.

The main problem that Swoogo solves for our team revolves around event sites and tracking.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

I use Swoogo for my registration system when booking meeting and convention travel. It's so easy to build my sites with detailed information regarding each program and manage my hotel room blocks. Plus I like being able to pay a yearly user based fee, rather than per registrant fees. Way easier to budget for these costs.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I really haven't found any downside in using Swoogo

Being able to incorporate registration requirements and managing the room block has been priceless.

Swoogo has a really easy and intuitive user interface. Setting up and managing events with Swoogo is simple.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

The only thing we've had a bit of trouble with is how our graphics reset in web, tablet and mobile interfacing.

Please take me serious when I tell you that the Swoogo team is amazing! They have been so helpful all the through our process, of demos, trainings, and on the spot questions that our team has had. They are all friendly and willing to assist us at any time no matter what our needs have been.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

My association is new to the platform and as of now I have no dislikes.

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We seeked an event software that was easy for the user side to navigate and not spend hours and hours learning how to use the system. So far this software has been so easy to use, and I'm looking forward to our relationship with Swoogo to continue!
