"Great Tracking Platform for Calls"
What do you like best about Switchboard?

I love being able to create a custom layout in order to track incoming calls, which support staff are currently on a call, and calls waiting in the queue.

What do you dislike about Switchboard?

I don't quite like how the UI is not intuitive, and it's hard to know the exact names of the widgets just by looking at them.

Recommendations to others considering Switchboard:

It's great to help manage support queues to ensure proper staffing at appropriate times during business hours.

What problems is Switchboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows our team to track when we have the most calls, when we are missing calls, and when we might need more support staff to be on the phones.
