"SwipedOn has been a great value"
What do you like best about SwipedOn?

The devs have made a lot of improvements over the years, and the standard sign in/out experience is very easy to manage and complete. You can also make the sign in process more robust if required, and the employee check in feature is a good thing to have. Set up is a breeze, and the main thing to consider is where and how you want your check in devices displayed since there are a lot of third party options to consider in this regard. Customer support is generally responsive, even for lower-tier service users.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

There are a number of paid add on services that might be useful to larger companies, but for the most part these add ons would likely be an unnecessary expense for smaller companies that don't have large offices or multiple locations.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have not experienced any issues with the app for some time, and the improvements that have been made to the staff sign-in experience have gone a long way in this regard.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

SwipedOn is very easy to use and was easy to set up on our iPads and through their online portal.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

I believe when the SwipedOn app auto-updates on the iPads, when it launches again, you have to manually select the pad ID before it is active again. I walk past them when I come into the building in the morning and they're just sitting there waiting for someone to sign them in again. Also, I had to find a way to lock down the iPads so that people couldn't close out of the SwipedOn app and do other things. Suggestions on how to do so weren't provided as part of the setup process.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We replaced an old, manual, paper and pen-based sign in process with SwipedOn. This makes our company look more technologically advanced (which we already were in most other areas) to visitors, and removes this workload from someone acting as a receptionist.

It"s effortless to use. Also, the tracking of visitors' info. It also allows you adapt it to your needs.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

i wish it had the ability to allow the visitor to change the language.

We use it for visitor tracking. It allows us to know who is coming in, when and who they are coming to see. Also when they leave.

unable to search specific timelines and dates for staff signing in and signing out.

much tidier and cleaner than sign in books and saves you having to try and read peoples hand writting.

It is easy to use, to sign in, and is useful for trial evacuations

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

Adding a new device took time as we needed a modern device where it would be helpful to be able to use most devices.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to track employees' attendance, knowing who is onsite at any given time. Is useful for payroll.

The visual of the IPad reminds visitors and staff to swipe in. I appreciate the emails from the swipedon team; they keep us on track. First time using swipedon, so I can't compare it to anyone else.

I dislike not getting everyone involved in the importance of the IPad; I may have to devise an incentive plan for our office staff to keep them engaged. An in-office reward program.
