I’m always dubious about marketing…

I’m always dubious about marketing companies as in my experience they always over-promise and under-deliver.

  David Swift approached our business and after careful consideration and many telephone conversations we decided to give SwiftERM a chance and we’ve not looked back since!   The results speak for themselves, over the past 12 months SwiftERM has attributed 10.82% to our total order volume with a click thru rate of 3.02%.

For me, £100p/m is a bargain and I would recommend SwiftERM to anyone who owns an eCommerce platform.

The business is going from strength to strength and SwiftERM will be a big part of our growth moving forwards.

SwiftERM is a brilliant introduction to predictive analytics

PROS: We were introduced to this plugin software by our developers. It is 100% automatic email marketing software with a difference, we use it as well as Mailchimp, as it uses an algorithm to identify exactly what products each consumer will buy next, capturing additional sales we were otherwise losing. It puts them into an email and sends with us having to touch it, and works 24/7. It also is the only software in the world authorised to include Trustpilot product ratings in outbound emails, which they include for free. there is a free trial for 30-days too, and you're never tied into a contract.

CONS: It's not available on SMS yet, and should we ever move away from any of the platforms they have developed it for we wouldn't be able to use it.

Increase your ecommerce sales

PROS: We spent a long time considering whether to use SwiftERM, I can honestly say that I am delighted with the results since the system went live. David Swift has been a great help with a few simple issues we faced and the response time has been of a very high standard. I would recommend the SwiftERM system to anybody that runs an ecommerce website.

What problems is SwiftERM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has freed-up hours of my time every month spent segmenting and analysing profiles and email design content. i simply don't need to do it anymore. the best aspect is the addition sales though, as we now get over 22% of our turnover through SwiftERM alone, that's amazing and the ROI unbelievable!

No product out there I could more highly recommend at this moment in time

We have been reviewing and running trials with Swift ERM for our customers and are very impressed with the results it achieves from the get-go. We are seeing 10% revenue increases, fully automated. SWIFT is a relatively young player on the market but I believe they have something highly innovative here, triggering the right impulse purchases from customers by predicting their needs based on their past buying and browsing habits.

Together with their rock-solid results or no-payment - policy, it's a no-brainer. There isn't a product out there at this moment in time that I could more highly recommend for any e-commerce business.

Sometimes it is better to let the figures speak for themselves.

If you are not doing this already with your online company then you should be. I would recommend using SwiftERM and their team wholeheartedly.
