Swapcard addresses all of th needs of my event and team while being managabe and efficient to build and use.

It is a little basic, and in some cases, not as customizable as we'd like.

Matchmaking. The AI based on user function rather than the arduous task of users being required to complete keyword surveys, has really treamlined the experience.

The interface for Swapcard is clean and efficient. Very user-friendly and you barely need any assistance. In case you need help their support team responds quickly.

The inclusion of more integrations with third-party software would be a great asset. Was intending to get integration with Wildappricot. But still, their manual and excels data update still worked perfectly fine.

Marketing offers a platform to market both the organization and also improve leads conversion.

Seamless event management ensures that the business /organization focuses on the most pertinent issues and not just logistics.

Through the above, more efforts are up to converting leads and more of the logistics are handled by the Swapcard app.

Swapcard is simple to use. It connects easily with tier ticketing platforms. There's a wide variety of functions. And it's pretty!

There isn't an integrated ticketing option for participants to pay directly on Swapcard. But I think they are working on that to offer this option eventually.

We are saving time for event management. Participants can consult and build their program.

The customer service is amazing, I think it is the first time I have so much support ot find solution. It can be with video or images.

Unfortunately, the exhibitors can t have access to the excel file with all the contact info of the attendees

It helps me to make the exhibitors independent to find their professional target and it helps to ease the event communication

Account managers are great at not just support but will actually take some time to know you event and recommend features/ideas

Coming from the UK pharmaceutical market, we have to make the platform have blocks and restrictions for certain ticket types, scenarios and delegate types. This can get quite complex to implement if you're not used to creating these sorts of things. The Swapcard team are great at assisting but it will take a little time to get used to building very complex events.

Running a hybrid conference can be extremely difficult particularly for the industry/sector we deliver events in. We also have quite a wide age demographic. These two combined made it impossible to get a platform designed without spending thousands of pounds of development time and custom-built apps. Swapcard, with a bit of work from ourselves, allows us to custom-build a hybrid events platform for our online and in-person delegates whilst supporting the legal requirements of the industry we work in. Along with that, our delegates of all ages have found it simple and are actively using throughout each event.

The platform is easy to use and build. There are many features, and you can use them creatively to give your clients a great tool. Like most apps, as an attendee, you can build your schedule, or you can be assigned to one by the organizer. The Exhibitor space is great and you can set up one on one's with attendees.

There is not much to not like about Swap card, but one feature that I would like Swapcard to add is when you are building, and you go page to page to build or check your work, I wish it would not go back to the beginning after checking a setting each time when you have multiple pages to go through.

Swapcard gives us an easy-to-use app and or virtual tool that we can use, and our clients and attendees find easy to use. Your clients keep coming back and wanting to use Swapcard because it is a great tool.

There is a sense of urgency whenever I have an issue. It's been helpful on many occasions.

Sometimes the interface is confusing. Saving can take a little too long and triggering it can be awkward.

Swapcard is making event app management much more simple which means that planners can also work with the app which speeds up turnaround times for changes.
