I love how quickly you can get answers to questions. It allows organizations to be driven by data vs '"someone in leadrship liked this concept", and ultimately make the best decisions rooted in what consumers actually think and want.
I wish there was a way to get cross-tab data summarized in the same way that overall results get summarized - directly into a ppt deck vs having to do it manually.
We do a lot of concept testing, then quickly iterate, then test again - which allows us to zero in on the winning concept quickly.
The customer service from Suzy is outstanding. Cara is by far my favorite vendor contact! The platform itself is fast and easy to use. The ability to quickly turn around a short survey--or even a single question--is invaluable when senior management is pushing for fast answers. Providing them with much quicker answers than expected reflects well on my job, which is never a bad thing! I’m impressed that they’re always working to provide a better product by listening to customer needs.
I wish it were less expensive so I could rely more on it. Pricing/credits for the more advanced question types is steep. The quick turnaround makes regular questions worth it, but I’ve been reluctant to use the credit numbers required for MaxDiff or conjoint surveys. I've found some limitations within programming questions on attribute character length, etc., that are an obstacle to work through—it’s not as customizable in question programming as some other survey platforms. The reporting portal has gotten much better at providing customized data cuts. I don’t find the UX and analytical abilities are still not entirely on par with some survey platforms. However, they are constantly working on it, so I expect it to improve.
Suzy fills our business need of obtaining data quickly. It allows us to use research when making urgent decisions for the business or when we only have a few questions we need answered (and not worth the cost and time of using a typical sample panel)

I loved the speed and usability of the platform, as a marketer I often find myself in situations where I need some direction and input from consumers, but the questions don't always merit an expensive deep-dive, or have time to conduct typical insights work. Suzy gives me the ability to solicit feedback in an incredibly fast and cost effective way, so I can feel more confident making decisions and don't lose any time in the process.
After you run a few dozen 'actions', it can be difficult to go back and find old research on the platform. It would be great if as a user I could bucket them into folders or topics.

The only downside for me: I wish I were more proficient in the tool itself, but that is not for lack of support, both in-person and SUZY on-line trainings, etc.

Screeners have been a bit of a pain point for us. Given everything else happening in our day to day, it's not always top of mind to run a new screener. It's happened that we need to run a quick survey, only to find the screener is out of date. Reminders would be so helpful.
