-exporting reports to excel puts out spreadsheets that are hard to work with. we have to export, copy the data, and then paste into a brand-new spreadsheet without the formatting.
-when exporting invoices to Great Plains, there are sometimes invoices that don't map over. Sometimes an invoice will map over with the total being off by a few cents. This doesn't happen often and is easy to fix, just time consuming to find the issue.

SutiAP is an easy system to use whether if you are a user or Admin. After approving and exporting, it easily gets into your accounting software. Customer support is responsive and can help customize things that you require. Also very cost effective.
Sometimes a littly glitchy, but clearing your cache in your browser will fix the issue.

The implementation was seamless as we already used SutiExpense. The customer support responds timely and they are willing to implement features that are specific to our needs.
We would like to be able to view the vendor address profile when we are processing invoices, as there are times when addresses are in need of update. It is cumbersome to have to leave invoice input to go to the Admin functions.
Utilizing SutiAP allows us to automate the processing of invoices, with payment through Corpay by check, MasterCard or ACH. We are able to view and access all invoices, and provide copies at a moments notice.

The Approval Workflow setup needs to be reworked to make it better and handle all possible scenarios for various approval use cases.
It has helped us tremendously to automate our Invoice Approval Process and integration with our main Financial System GreatPlains. The ease of use has helped us in onboarding most of our users on this tool.
Easy to use, highly customized, no need for much user training, support is always there. And the system is cost-effective.
Not much, it currently meets all our needs
Approval processes have become highly organized and clear to all invoice submitters and different levels of approvers. No matter who what to find the history transaction, the submitter and approver can find their information from their end and won't bother the finance department.

SutiAP is very user friendly and very easy to navigate.
I dislike the system glitches that occur, but the Suti team is very responsive and they work to promptly solve the issue.
We are able to send all invoices to our managers for approval and the managers are able to review the invoices for themselves without asking our AP department to email the invoices to them.
