SurveyRock truly impressed me with its vast selection of question types, rating scales, matrix questions, and more also the multilingual support is a game changer thing.

While I thoroughly enjoyed exploring SurveyRock, I must say that I didn't come across any significant dislikes.

SurveyRock is benefiting me as a client by conducting efficient and versatile surveys. The survey logic feature allows me to obtain targeted insights, leading to more informed decision-making.

It's a powerful tool. I have been using it for at least a year, and it's impressive. The UI is pretty clean and intuitive. I can create surveys and polls with ease. The customization is very top-notch.

Nothing as of now. I have been loving the easy flow creation of surveys and polls since day one.

Create quick surveys and polls. I love the n number of templates it has to offer. It seems I can fins a template for each kind of situation. They are even customizable. The branching of survey is another great feature I love. This is great.

SurveyRock is known for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to create surveys without requiring advanced technical skills.

It makes it pretty easy to do surveys that I receive from companies that want feedback for services, products, etc.

Sometimes it seems to be lengthy for the number of questions to complete a survey

Not really sure that there are problems but, just making them aware that sometimes the surveys can be very long is good enough.

1) You can create interactive survey forms easily.

2) You can use checkbox, radio button, lists etc. In forms.

3) It provides you option to export data in various format.

As of now I didn't faced any issue with it, so nothing to dislike from my side.

It is helping us to create and share survey forms with our customers to get feedback on our services.

This is helping us to improve customer satisfaction and maximize sales.

Surveyrock really shines when it comes to question variety or categories I almost find it fit in all scenarios and other best part about Surveyrock is the pricing

I cant say i dislike surveyrock but yeah possibility of having embebed webpages would be a plus and integration with programming languages would be good adition

For our company it helps us most in creating a survey and sometime when we do audits as well for some parts we make use of these surveys and the sharable link provided is good feature

Lo mejor ha sido el dashboard que me brinda de una encuesta, ejemplo, si necesito el reporte de una encuesta publicada me da de forma visual y redactada la información

En general todo me gusto, quizas en lo que tuve algunos errores fue al descargar los resultados de encuesta e importarlos. En dos ocasiones se presentaron errores y tuve que hacerlo de forma manual

Al trabajar en el departamento de procesos son vimos en la necesidad de buscar una herramienta que nos ayudará a detectar lo que opinaba la empresa y tambien fue para las entrevistas de salidas de los empleados. Conocer que fue lo que mas les gusto y disgusto de la empresa

It is the best survey tool which provides wide range of Templates.Adding questions is so easy.Very user friendly.Gives an option to customise the requirements

The best benefit is we can share the surveys with respondents or beneficiaries easily and get the real time data.

I love how easy the process is and you actually feel like you get quality research results out of it.

I don't have any complaints at this time!

A lot of survey platforms don't allow you to provide so many options, and SurveyRock does.

Survey tool is very easy to use and has a lot of really great options. For example, you can even embed a Youtube video or a Venmo video within your survey. It also lets you create any type of question and suggests creative question formats to use.

The reporting functions could be more customizable and easier to use. Grouping specific category of respondents would be useful. You also have to wait for a verification process which takes a little time.

We are creating specific surveys for large groups of people. It is also very afforable.
