The most pleasing thing about SurveyMonkey is its survey tool. That allows us to get feedback from our product consumers/users. What do they think, and what do they want? And our customers' feedback helps us to enhance quality.

I didn't find any unpleasing thing about SurveyMonkey Engage.

It's very cheap and provides incredible solutions like analyzing surveys, survey features, and Collaboration tools. It has many other valuable tools and features that offer ease and work efficiency.

The design, framework on point information and all the post.

Survey Monkey makes everything very linear for the user. It's hard to get lost in the app.

It's a pretty straightforward website. I was able to customize our survey to the several different sides of my company. I was able to keep everything confidential and interpreted the data and get info out to my executive team quickly.

Practical for HR Department to use to get data on employees and how happy they are and how they can keep the retention rate high as you can. Super useful tool. I have used workday and it's similar in software.

I like some of the features of other software more than this one, but it just depends on the size of the company you are using this tool for. For example, survey monkey engage is much more cost-effective and gives impressive results. I highly recommend starting here and seeing if you need other features before buying the more pricier options.

I love all the data you can get on employees. It has been super helpful to have a tool that we can use to get engagement data on our employees and especially during these hard times with so many employees quitting. It helps us see what we can do to keep them. It also helps those who are staying enjoy their time here.

i love how easy it is to create a survey and share with other users.

I dislike that there is sometimes a lag in the website. It is pretty slow and freezes sometimes.

i highly recommend it. It is very user friendly, and you can also share your survey link with others if you want them to take the survey. You also receive notificaitons when someone completes them.
