free way to make polls for keeping remote work fun for my team

statistics, i still had to do some manual number crunching to present the winners for a weekly, month long competition

This is a great place to get your surveys started and great way for internal business surveys of employees

I have realized which users are more active when polls are posted, and which users need to be told several times to answer the poll/survey

Customer support is super responsive and the tool is easy to use.

Not a dislike, but it would be great if it could bolt into other enterprise software for seemless data capture

The best part about SurveyHero is how simple it is to test surveys by previewing. Other great features include copying surveys and using templates. Really makes the creation of the survey fun, and less tedious.

I wish there were ways to copy logic format. If I were to make a duplicate copy of a section of my survey with answer logic (Answers A will direct you to 1, Answers B will direct you to 2) that would save so much time.

SurveyHero makes things when collecting data from specific groups. For example, internal testers vs. external testers using our product; we are able to get accurate feedback and consider in use bias with these collectors.

SurveyHero came through when I was looking for a way for respondents to rank several ideas from most to least favorite. The analysis they did was excellent and easy to see how popular some ideas were vs which were most polarizing.

I found it overall pretty easy to use but it wasn't totally clear how segmenting worked at first so I ended up duplicating my survey to use with different ggroups.

Being able to drag and drop ideas and rearrange them, as opposed to having a complicated numerical key to rank things, is really what I found most helpful about SurveyHero.

Lot of features to begin within a basic and free version. Multiple sharing options including QR code and easy to use and collect data.

Cant get the CSV or Excel version of data with the free version however its not a big issue compared to some of the other survey tool as there prices are quite resonable

Very much recommended to anyone who want to conduct surveys and gather feedback. I liked the feature of sharing surveys using links, QR codes etc

I am solving lots of problems with survery hero including sending out mass surveys to my peers when I have a question for my research. I have realized that getting inputs fast and easy from many people is very useful.

Ease of use especially for those who are not tech savvy.

The need to reset the link when completing the surveys. We often have to completely log out of the window to be able to bring up a new survey for a new client to use.

Linking surveys have been a problem within in our emails. This is because of no fault of Survey Hero but of our in house IT . They have flagged some emails as Spam.
