What do you like best?

This software is easy to use a platform and can be used from beginners to experts. It has really reduced the burden in survey and has made it effortless. This system also allows sharing of surveys easily to any social media platform.

What do you dislike?

I have not come across any dislike since I started using this software maybeiif it developes one in future. It gives us the best we need.

I strongly recommend the platform as it provides a strong building tool and a broad template section, so I assume that SurveyFoxy will satisfy the requirements of all.

This software has really enabled us make our survey abreeze. It also provides tools that helps us track our survey and can analyze the collective survey responses as well as individual responses. It enablesus customised our surveys according to what we want and share with our audience and analyse the survey results.

What do you like best?

Very easy to create surveys with SurveyFoxy. You can share survey across many platforms and its nice analytics report helps you visualize survey responses. This helps us in making an accurate decision. It has a nice user interface and their customer support is nice.

What do you dislike?

We have no problem with the solution, we easily create our survey without any problem. Nothing to dislike about this solution.

"A gem in a sea of survey sites"

What do you like best?

Premium features at the best prices we could find. We couldn’t afford what we needed with other sites and Survey Foxy came through. The interface is simple and we didn’t spend hours trying to teach employees how to use it.

What do you dislike?

Customer service wasn’t always the best. Sometimes I have been just advised to “start over” when we ran into a issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ease of having our employees create their own instead of backing up our IT dept.

What do you like best?

The simplicity of the interface and functions, that are easy to grasp by the majority of beginners are an essential benefit of SurveyFoxy. Equipped survey designing tool enables to create personalised studies to gather feedback from the audience such as clients or business partners. Besides, if you want to save time on building it, you may use an extensive base of prepared ones. The gathered information is converted to transparent dashboard and is visualised in the form of colourful graphs.

What do you dislike?

The software doesn't provide many integrations with other software. Besides, customer support isn't comprehensive, and responses are received slowly. Lower pricing may be an excellent improvement, as it's quite expensive in comparison to the competition.

SurveyFoxy is an ideal online survey instrument for intermediate questionnaire creating. Further, the base of prepared surveys is large and may meet the requirements of every industry.

What do you like best?

It is a great online survey creation tool that helps with basic requirements and needs to create online survey projects. It is easy to use, design, and target your specified audience. Also love the pre-designed templates. Also love that it is accessible through smart phones and the pricing is very fair!

What do you dislike?

That you cannot utilize this for larger organizations. This is ideal for small to mid sizes companies.

That is can be utilized for larger organizations - so carrying different versions of the software.

It is providing us information and metrics we need, collecting information from the surveys and use filters to create various graphs for further analysis. It also helps us provide multi-lingual surveys, keyword rating, and collaboration.

What do you like best?

I have the ability to choose from many questions types provided, the topics and also they produce templates making work easier for us in conducting research on our clients.

Me i no see anything wrong with this product only that i do now expect much more from its upgrade.

What do you like best?

The best thing about this platform is that it allows me to create surveys to my clients in a fast and simple way, it is very easy to use, it has no complication to use, and it is quite complete, it has themes in colors, you can insert videos and other In order to get the attention of customers and can express their needs and what one expects of them, for me it has been a great tool when working on a specific project with the company Desing Group

What do you dislike?

It is quite complete, it needs major reforms in terms of its structure as a page, since it is quite concise, it is necessary to add better themes in colors, and greater alternatives to choose the design of the surveys that are going to be carried out.

my recommendations are enough, it is a super simple platform to use, a good option when choosing when conducting a specific market study, in my case with online marketing for the company Desing Group is quite helpful

What do you like best?

SurveyFoxy is a robust solution that allows me to generate surveys and gather from my target group the needed data. Many templates are provided, so sometimes you don't have to build your own as a template fulfils your needs. The method of developing a survey is intuitive; you can choose from a lot of question types, topics and more sophisticated instruments (captcha, logo, date range), it is extremely customizable, so you can create a survey that looks personalized to your requirements and sounds. Statistics are presented in colorful and transparent diagrams; you are shown the complete amount of answers or how many people skipped the question if the response was not needed. The interface is transparent and everything is split into thought-out parts, so you can easily discover what you need. Well integrated with social media, mailings and websites, the platform allows you to share your surveys anywhere.

What do you dislike?

I have some customer service complaints asking for help in solving a problem that I have been sent to the FAQ section and I have not received a private answer. Fortunately, I received a thorough response after I sent them an e-mail, and they assisted me with the problem.
