Great tool for managing multiple locations

PROS: I get to monitor all my locations at a single place, which saves a lot of time and helps in prioritising. We were also able to measure and benchmark key attributes across locations automatically. Earlier this was a monthly manual affair.

CONS: Sometimes adding a new attribute or location takes some time. Other than that, everything looks good for now

it helps us measure key attributes like food, cleanliness, service across all our locations and makes our restaurant managers more accountable.

What do you dislike about Survaider?

Since it is a newer tool, they don't integrations with a lot of CRMs and support tools

What problems is Survaider solving and how is that benefiting you?

we were looking for a tool to send complaints from our customers in realtime to the corporate office and the managers. We have now made our team more accountable and geared towards better service.
