Operates in Excellence and Dedication

I decided to go with SurePayroll because it was cost effective for where my business is today. More importantly when I brought my concerns to SurePayroll they handled the requested in a timely manner. Gusto payroll (the service we were considering beforehand did not move as expedient). My dedicated representative was extremely helpful and followed up with me in a timely manner. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances we were forced to stop running payroll until those circumstances had been rectified which was no fault to sure payroll. Based on the service and dedication for successful payroll runs we will be returning to sure payroll once we have addressed the issues on our end. Thank you for offering a robust product for small businesses like mine I have definitely recommended to our clients.

It was easy and saved me hundreds of dollars vs Quickbooks

It was easy! Yaqoob helped me step by step. He was easy to understand, answered all my questions. The first time I ran payroll he was on the phone with me helping me navigate my way through it. With learning a new platform, asking questions, it took a total of 8 minutes to run my first payroll. Anytime I have any questions, I simply email and within one day he answers all of my questions. That is the longest I have had to wait for an answer, because it required him to do a little research. I love it and would recommend it to anyone with a small business
