Surefront is our key source for setting up all items in our systems. The exports make it easy for us to upload all the item information without being too manual. I like having all the information about an item in one place and being able to go back and reference if needed.

Sometimes loading from searches can be slow, but I haven't had issues with this recently.

Surefront has been very helpful to streamline communication with vendors, as well as, team members within our organization. All communication stays organized and easy to reference back when needed. Surefront holds all of our necessary product information in a structured format making it very user friendly.

The system can be slow at times. and I wish there was a way to remove products from quotes.

The system is very flexible and the Surefront team has been able to tailor it perfectly for our business/teams.

Surefront also improved our communication with our suppliers and allowed the product development and production team to do everything in one place. Their system is also extremely easy and allows all of our departments and partners to use it.

System can be a little slower than usual if a lot of people are working on it at the same time

While there’s room for improvement in system speed, it’s a vast upgrade from juggling multiple Excel files and disconnected workflows.

Surefront has streamlined our product development process by bringing communication, task management, and product data into one platform. It’s made collaboration with suppliers and internal teams much faster and more organized. I can easily track progress, manage product, and reduce delays. It’s a must-have tool for any production team handling large product workflows.

Really miss the search bar feature—it made navigating so much faster. But I appreciate that Surefront is always improving and optimizing the platform. Looking forward to future updates!

The product lifecycle management tools help me track every stage of development & production and streamlines vendor communication.

Surefront saves so much time! It allows easy supply chain collaboration. I am able to comunicate effectively with customers and suppliers in the same application. Also, their customer support team is outstanding. They respond to any inquiries quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Surefront to any organization who buys or produces any sorts of consumer products.

I hope to use their business analytical features soon.

The RFQ feature is by far the best I have used. It is extremely easy to communicate with suppliers and receive quotes for multiple products at a time. It is also just as effective in communicating with customers. Their line list download features allows you to quickly put an offer together for a customer; you may choose the presentation format that fits their needs.

I love the efficiency of having a centralized platform for sales, pd and vendors.

Some dekstop features doesn't function on tablet or phone.

Being able to create products quickly.

Being able to export all the information about products in a simple clicks saves a ton of time. The visual markup tools also enhance everything you need to do for the entire team.

Nothing that I can think of. The team is always around to help us.

Love to using Surefront app chatting function! It's workflow helps to keep our team on the same page. And also Surefront is a time-saver, resulting in fewer back & forth emails & spreaksheets.

It will take some time to understand the business flow. After the learning curve, everything becomes easier and more manageble.

It helps our shop desginers to easy connect vendors and share product details with customers. It also helps our analysts to generate sales reports faster.

It's relatively easy to access the same information the vendors give us to update our own systems. The filter system works well and projects are easy to find. Customer service is usually quick and helpful as well.

I don't like that we haven't had access to the search function for awhile now. Makes it more difficult to quickly search for a product with less clicks.

They are upfront with monthly meetings about what changes are happening across all of our teams and gives us the opportunity to ask any questions needed about updates or general features.
