Great Experience So Far with Suralink

What do you like best about Suralink?

The best thing about Suralink is having all the client dialogue and exchanges of document requests and documents delivered in one place. Also that it is easy to access and accomodates multiple client users. Also the ability to download all the documents at once in various file tree structures. Also the added Secure Send built in allows me to put a link in my emails and provide to anyone to send me files securely (and for me to send them files securely though links). Also, this secure send is built into Outlook through an Outlook Add-in.

What do you dislike about Suralink?

Only real downside is that it isn't integrated with our existing document management/storage system. So we have to download and transfer files to our other systems like Smartvault and AdvanceFlow for example. But Suralink doesn't hold itself out to be a document management/storage system - it's more of a workflow tool.

What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having all dialogue and client deliverables in one central place.

What do you like best about Suralink?

Suralink's secured file transfer and sharing application is critical for communicating sensitive personal and financial information to our firm. Suralink allows us to maintain control of the inflow of requested information from our extensive client base during and after-tax season.

What do you dislike about Suralink?

The web pages could be color enhanced for brightness and clarity. The font and background data fields are a variation of shaded grays. Makes viewing the web screens difficult. Font sized could be increase as well.

Suralink assists us with automated follow up with document requests to our clients.

Excellent Toll for Collaboration

What do you like best about Suralink?

I love that Suralink allows clients to make comments in addition to uploading files.

What do you dislike about Suralink?

My only complaint is that there is not an app for cell phones. That would make it even more beneficial.

What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?

As soon as I have the document request list ready, I can activate the engagement. Clients can immediately start providing me with documents and include comments. Instead of receiving dozens of emails with pdf attachments for return preparation, it is all in one place.

Revolutionary Tool

What do you like best about Suralink?

Suralink almost entirely eliminates the ping-pong aspects of requests that were historically accomplished via email. Any back and forth that remains is easily managed by the intuitive and user-friendly Suralink application.

What do you dislike about Suralink?

It takes a while for clients to adapt to a non-email request list. However over all, the consensus is great applaud for the complete overhaul of what was once a painful process.

What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accounting jobs require copious requests. Suralink makes these requests orderly, trackable and front and center to all parties.

Great for streamlining client requests and efficiency increased in getting requested audit support

What do you like best about Suralink?

I can click one button and send the client an updated open items list without pouring through so many emails. Clients appreciate the status emails as well and have commented on the ease of having all audit requests in one place. The comment function is great as well as it reduces the amount of email correspondence between audit team and client.

What do you dislike about Suralink?

Not a big deal, but would be great to be able to download directly to a folder on my OneDrive as opposed to downloading to downloads drive. Not sure if there is a setting that needs to be changed? I believe future Suralink updates include a preview window before downloading which would be a great value-add feature I look forward to using!

Great client PBC list management and portal system

What do you like best about Suralink?

I like that the client and service provider have clear, clean view and access to request lists. Customer support has been great. Easy to set up and use.

It's not integrated into our other systems, so there is a manual download of the information.
