What do you like best about Support Board?

Customer Service is spot on !! The code is written nice, and the program seems to work without issues

What do you dislike about Support Board?

Havnt come across anything as of yet that would be a "dislike"

What problems is Support Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was paying fees to PipeDrive and others, and got tired of it, and see that I can create the same solution and control all aspects myself at a HUGE savings.

What do you like best about Support Board?

We only have positive experiences with Support Board. Its absolutely professional and solid. Further it's full of features and you get everything for a great price! The service is awesome and the best and quickest support so far. We exchanged a lot of emails and got most answers in under 10 minutes, some after 1,2 minutes. It's crazy. We really love our new chat system.

What do you dislike about Support Board?

It's no real con, because it wouldn't be a regular feature of a system like that, but it would be cool if it would be possible to integrate emails into the system.

What problems is Support Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have a professional system that combines all our Chat options: Chat on the webpage, Whats App, Facebook Messenger, Google Messages and more. That's extremely helpful!

What do you like best about Support Board?

The chatbot integration is the best I have found so far. Advanced and innovative features like language detection and multiple human takeover methods are working great.

What do you dislike about Support Board?

The docs are complete but a little too technical, I need to contact the support sometime, but they are fast to reply.
