A cost-effective, stable, and handy scheduling tool

PROS: SuperSaaS has been my go-to scheduling app for almost a decade now. It has reduced my workload because my students can access it conveniently to book or cancel their lessons. It is also great that SuperSaaS is responsive to its customers' needs. Every time I requested a new feature, they kept in mind and would include it in their updates. When they did, they would even notify me so I could lookout for it. It is also helpful that they have multiple subscription tiers that are economical so it's not heavy on the pocket.

CONS: More than a complaint, I have a suggestion. SuperSaaS is not very appealing to the eyes. While it's not something I mind overly much, it would help if they could revamp it a little. It would also help if they implemented new features faster. However, this is more of a personalization request than anything else so it's not really a complaint.

An adaptable, stable, easy-to-use, and cost-effective scheduling app

PROS: Adding appointments and other events to the calendar is an easy process and allow us to add engagements for the week or month quickly. Although we have to input some things manually, it remains a smooth and effortless task because of the intuitive interface.

CONS: The only thing I do not like about SuperSaaS is the kink in the duration of the events. For example, an event begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. We set these on the calendar accordingly and yet the end time keeps moving to the start time. This has caused many people to arrive at the end of the event instead. We have requested that SuperSaaS fix these yet there is no response until now.

SuperSaaS has simplified lesson schedule for my students

PROS: SuperSaaS is pretty easy to configure and using it is effortless as well. My students only have to log in to the system and choose a time frame that suits their schedule too. I love how the app also allows my students to modify their lessons anytime. And since my schedule is online around the clock, I don't have to be available always to set appointments.

CONS: It can be difficult to find a setting so that I can change it sometimes.

Best reservation system for exercise classes!
When COVID hit, we were forced to limit our capacity and require advance reservations for our Jazzercise classes. We tried a few different sign-up services and this was by far everyone's favorite!! It was so easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. Not that I ever want a repeat of 2020, but if we are forced to begin taking reservations again, we will absolutely use SuperSaaS.

What do you like best about SuperSaaS Appointment Scheduling?

You can shape the appointment schedule so it directly fits your needs, due to all the functionalities. It can be an open schedule or protected by creating personal accounts.

It speaks quite for itself and is easy to use. However, when you get stuck or are not quite sure how to arrange the schedule, they have the best support. Never I've recieved such quick answeres, friendly as well as helpfull.

What do you dislike about SuperSaaS Appointment Scheduling?

You can differentiate between regular users and super users. However, it would be nice if there was an option to differentiate between different regualr users. For example, members of a gym with different subscribtions. Now we solved this by using multiple schedules.

If you want to start today with digitalizing your current appointment scheduling system, SuperSaas is very good value for money. Especially their support is outstanding. You can customize the schedule to your specific needs. And whenever you are in doubt how to arrange the schedule, their help desk is there for you, to think with you for the best suitable solution. Though they only provide support through email, they answer quickly, kind and explain things very clear.

What problems is SuperSaaS Appointment Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before SuperSaas, we used a paper schedule to schedule appointments. This tended to get messy quickly, because people would cross out their name when they coun't be there or simply chaged their mind. Also, even when there was place for only a limited amount of participants, people would write their name down anyways. Not to mention the time we spent on emails and phone calls to make or change an appointment. SuperSaas made a digital process possible, with all the benefits.

SuperSaas is perfect booking system! It has a lot of features I needed. I required some special functions as my business will be international. Versatile, flexible, simple, no-nonse, easy to customize to your needs and to launch - and very affordable, even for small businesses - it just works great. I was in charge of choosing and implementing a booking system for a smaller company, and basically tried and tested about 7 or 8 bookings systems, and SuperSaas was hands down the best. The company used SuperSaas ever since, and when I went into business for myself, I used it again, to handle all my meetings and bookings for lectures. Their help-desk and customer service is also very effective and helpfull. This is my go-to system for any kind of booking needs. Thank yoiu for an awesome product!

The best scheduling tool for your money

PROS: SuperSaaS presented itself when our company was searching for a cost-effective scheduling tool for our flight instruction institute. It stood out among the innovative solutions we encountered because those had very steep subscription packages although their tools and features were not any superior to those of SuperSaaS. It is also a huge plus that the support SuperSaaS offers is exceptional. I requested assistance about four times only in the almost ten years we have been using it and they were prompt each time.

CONS: If SuperSaaS could let us associate students' accounts with their forms easily, it would be an immense help.
