I had questions before installing and after subscribing, they were always helpful and quick to reply. I wish the price were lower but apparently it’s one of the most affordable ones, and it’s like 10 times cheaper than ads!! Found this app on Producthunt and got curious. I contacted the support as I had a few questions before getting started, the person I spoke to was very helpful and thorough. Been using it for 2 months, it’s working great

I was using Jarvee and it was super confusing and ended up locking me out of my account. I was skeptical of switching to another software due the previous experience. I did my research and decided to email Suparise. I got in contact with a women named Claire Tran, she was the best customer service I have seen in a long time.

She answered all my questions and concerns, and informed me that she would stay in contact with me in case my account gets locked out. Unfortunately, my account did get locked out with the new software but I found out when Claire emailed me right away. I was shocked with her taking that next step. I was so upset my account was locked, but It all went away when I saw that email showing how much she cared for customers.

If your account is more established it will work, if not the bots will not work. However, it was SUPER SIMPLE to use, I would still be using it if it worked for me. If you have questions or concerns email Claire she will analyse your account and see your options and monitor if something goes wrong.
