I love this app, have been using it for nearly a year and will be continuing.

As a consultant who works with multiple clients who sometimes want different project management apps and different corporate email/calendar setups it's invaluable

For me, it's basically a daily "execution planner" for tasks I keep in a collection of different project management and office tools.. so I can have complex projects tracking in jira, and simpler things in trello or something else. and I can have multiple calendar accounts with events that all matter.

This app pulls it ALL into one place that you look at right at the start of the day and you basically pick and plan what you will do that day, and see it all populated in your day calendar. no more "what should I work on today" head scratching or worrying if I've forgotten something important.

Sunsama is an incredibly high quality "universal inbox" type tool. Pretty amazing in how it's able to pull together tasks from a wide variety of pipelines for me (e.g. Trello, Email, Jira) into a unified place, and then allows me to calendar them. Really awesome for my workflow.
