What do you like best about SumoPayroll?

It has a free tier for lesser number of employees which suits perfectly for small startups like us. Also the process is quite simple and it is easy to use even for a noob like us.

What do you dislike about SumoPayroll?

Nothing so far.. maybe further use might reveal something.

What problems is SumoPayroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee management and payroll management. There is a leave tracker too, which is helpful

SumoPayroll help us pay our employees with ease!

PROS: The best aspects of this product are: 1.Bank direct deposits: It is the greatest aspect of the overall product. As it pay employees with ease and give early access to their pay slip. Payday got just better with this feature in SumoPayroll 2.Employee self service : As this provides an easy access to their information for employees and thereby it helps in improving employee engagement & productivity

Sumo Payroll is excellent for Payroll processing even for small size company as well

PROS: payroll running process and creation of automated payslips and leave & time sheet management are excellent

CONS: when ever employee signs in to office it should auto pop or send reminders to the user if they missed to fill previous week time sheets.

Best Partner for HR & Payroll Needs

PROS: One of the best unique features is Bank Direct Deposits & ESS. with BDD we can process the salary employees the same day.

CONS: not 100% statutory compliance. Need to improve this area.
