SuiteCRM is an orgainzed and easy to way to implement each task based on the priority. It is a user-friendly marketing tools and a good platform that can be customised based on the business needs.
It uses outdated versions of PHP which makes the application prone to cyber-attacks and can have loopholes that can harm the structure of the codebase. In order to resolve these issues, it has to be updated with the latest features.
The paid version of SuiteCRM enables a wide number of features that help the user run the business and increase productivity whilst establishing opportunities.
PROS: There is a lot to like about SuiteCRM. It is an open-source and it has all the features that most companies need. It offers a great way to stay connected with your clients. It also allows you to gather information about your market through surveys.

One of my previous organization we were struggling to manage the marketing and sales data, we were using some in house tool which had some limitations, hence we adopted CRM Suite and it removed all the hindrances we were facing before, now we can enter the marketing tasks, feedbacks. We can create the accounts for perspectives. We can get the reports and notifications on mail and many more.
PROS: We are able to deliver the results we want with SuiteCRM. It allows us to manage tasks, follow up on leads, and gain full visibility of our campaigns. It is also very easy to use. In fact, I learned to navigate its way faster than our previous solution. It works well for us and I am satisfied with its performance so far. We get what we pay for and even more.
CONS: We like SuiteCRM as it is in its current version but we would like it even better if it would be improved in terms of load time. Its speed is less than ideal when working with huge files. Despite this, it is still an excellent software for us.
PROS: With this software's survey features, we gain a better understanding of our client's needs. It helps us assess our services and identify improvement points. It also has features that allow us for easy tracking of calls and sending product notifications. On top of it all, this software can be used free of charge.
