SugarCRM is an amazing software that is relatively easy to setup and operate. It can be easily integrated with ERP softwares and is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses.
The downside of SugarCRM is that it has a strong learning curve and takes some time getting used to the interface. Also Sugar CRM is a bit expensive for small businesses.
SugarCRM is the best CRM software I have used so far. It has so many great features and functions that it makes your everyday work a piece of cake. It helps me to track sales and invoice my different projects. I really love the reports and dashboard feature of SugarCRM. There are so many report templates in SugarCRM that allow you to analyze data in an interactive way. Another plus point of SugarCRM is that it is a great marketing tool as you can use it to devise marketing strategies and campaigns. In my opinion, the most significant benefit of SugarCRM over other CRM software is its fantastic customer support team that is available 24/7. Overall I really love using Sugar CRM in my job and I would certainly recommend SugarCRM to other people as this will help them to automate a lot of their business processes and repetitive tasks.
I am mostly solving project-related tasks with SugarCRM. I handle requests for my projects and then track those requests through SugarCRM. SugarCRM helps me in being more efficient in my job.

The setup of all different digital campaigns, from nurtures and triggers to one-off emails, forms, landing pages; the features are robust and you can do a ton with them.
It is weird that the quirkiest CRM integration I've experienced with Sugar Market is with Sugar CRM; it is counterintuitive to me, but I've had more success with dynamic lists, lead creation from forms, and task creations from behaviors in nurtures in other CRMs than in their own.
Being able to reach people en masse, and also tailor messages based on behavior.
The tracking and analytics are amazing and great for reporting

Merge tags have been a game changer for us. Being able to not only add a custom footer by contact owner, but also customize the "from" address and "reply to" address have enabled us to send emails that have the personalization of our sales reps but reply to a shared inbox monitored by Marketing, so we can weed out auto-replies and bounceback and our reps can focus on meaningful connections with their customers.
Nurtures have also been a great tool for us. There's definitely a learning curve with them and we continue to discover new ways we can utilize them, but it has really streamlined our process of sending reminders about upcoming events and important updates.
Sometimes I wish there was greater ability to customize email layout. (For example, there seems to be a limit to the number of columns you can add). But overall it is still much more functional that what we were using previously.
Also, when building Pages, the background image is very difficult to resize and the preview is different than what shows in the building (it is not WYSIWYG), which can result in some time-consuming trial and error to figure out what will fit/show correctly on the final page.
It is saving us a lot of time! We have about 35 sales reps that we are sending emails for, so being able to pull in their profile information with one merge tag/on one single email send makes a big difference.
It is also replacing much of our manual data capture/tracking, with the built-in reports and sync between Sugar Market and Sugar Sell.
