Very up-to-date, refreshes often so I never miss anything. It's also very easy to efficiently dispatch our techs.
Maybe just that the cancel reason box for cancelling calls does not update the original call's notes.

I as the owner and daily user would highly recommend Successware! We have had nothing but success with this program. From training, to support everyone has been great! Do not understand why other companies would move over to other competitors and have a much more expensive cost when Successware does it all in one! We are extremely excited for G2 to come out and enjoy the more user friendly and tracking features.

The best thing about Successware is that it eliminates the need for multiple programs. You can timekeep, track inventory, job cost, track phone calls, process payments/invoices, process payroll, dispatch, do all your accounting, etc. Like I said, it's the buffet of software.
Really, the only thing not to like about Successware is that it is reminiscent of Windows 98 in appearance. Very gray and dull. Although, Successware is about to do a huge facelift that will remedy that so.. no complaints here!
Just go for it! And when you do, take the time to set everything up correctly and keep everything consistent as far as the nomenclature. It will be worth your while and make everything easier in the future and as you grow.
As previously mentioned, you can do pretty much everything in SW. So we solve any issues with our technicians maybe not performing like normal- we can go look and see what kind of calls their running, how long it took them, whether they did the required paperwork (by looking in client accounts for pictures of the paperwork), etc. so we can see any patterns and areas where we need to make changes or do more training. That just really scratches the surface. The benefits are more than I could count on my fingers and toes.
I love how easy Successware is to use. The lessons are helpful for training, the support videos are easy to follow and if you can't figure out how to do what you want from that, the support staff on the phone are extremely responsive and helpful!
Nothing, I find this program extremely easy to follow. The only thing I would recommend is more autosaving rather than having to hit a button.
Call Successware to get a demo. You can always ask to see if you can shadow an office already using the software to show you how they interact with the software!
I don't have problems with Successware that I haven't already found a solution to. The benefits to using Successware are that you can pull a marketing list from any search, you can set reminders to help you sell more work later and if there is something you think would make the program run smoother, you have an amazing support staff who considers your feedback when updating the software.

If you are looking for an all-inclusive service program that includes service dispatch, accounting, reporting and marketing this is the best option I have seen.

Creating reports based on certain products that have been sold is really easy and beneficial to know for future sales.
I love the reports, I love being able to track the history and that tech are able to see it. I love the customer service we get from successware. The reps are quick and extremely pleasant.
I don't like that there is no picture option for the office staff without downloading dropbox or company cam. I also wish we had a text option when dispatching techs to customers. Most people look at their texts immediately where they only look at emails every 30 - 60 minutes. Can we please get a over under report option? (similar to job cost) and not have to set up "projects" through project manager ? Also, there needs to be a progressive billing option for new construction jobs with phases. There isn't one or we have not spoken to anyone who is familiar with how to do it. I would love to see a fresher looking screen as well.
More detailed reports, and seeing where we are losing money as well as if we are billing the correct amount.
The ease of use and the fact that Successware is fully integrated Dispatching, Marketing, Reporting and Accounting software in one package.
The look of the screens needs to be updated a bit.

Only being to have just three people open at a time. Only one person can be in an account at a time. The reoccurring job feature is unhelpful.
