Love it!

I have enjoyed using this product for my church for years. It's made it easy to watch sermons and make donations and stay informed. Thankful for my church for having this.

"Subsplash is a game changer"

What do you like best about Subsplash?

I like the mobile app the best. The team Subsplash are really friendly, helpful, and very smart.

What do you dislike about Subsplash?

I don't like the limitations of customization in the app. For instance, I can't use the Bible tab in the 'more' section. I wish you could take advantage of all of the tools instead of having to pick and limit.

Recommendations to others considering Subsplash:

Definitely a good product and a good company to get on board with.

What problems is Subsplash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Snappages inside the app is really limited with regard to color/font styles. I end up having to do workarounds a lot. All of the platforms that Subsplash acquired haven't quite settled in and made an ecosystem. Also, we're a multi-site church and would like to see some more flexibility and customization for logged in users to choose their campus, etc.

The best thing I like about using Subsplash is their commitment to walking with their customers all along the way during the development of applications and websites.

What do you dislike about Subsplash?

Their prices are a bit steep depending on your church budget restraints. Depending on what type of functionality you want from your church app, the "add-ons" can quickly "add" up.

What problems is Subsplash solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems that Subsplash has helped us solve is accessing the latest templates in web design. Their platform allows us to choose from many modern and classic templates to build our church website.

Subsplash is intuitive

Subsplash is easy to use and provides a consistent communication platform for our congregation. We primarily use the calendar and media library components, and the mobile app. It looks great, allows for most of the features I want, and is intuitive for users. In the years we've been using Subsplash, we have had so few issues, but any time we have asked for help the staff have been very responsive and accommodating.

Subsplash is an amazing app

Subsplash is an amazing app. The customer service team is amazing as well as the onboarding and success team. The app looks CLEAN and the ability to embed your content onto your website is what I love. I still wish there was a little more customizability to make things look exactly the way you want but since it's an app builder it makes sense that you can only use what they provide you with - which is a lot. We've loved our experience with subpslash and they're always making things better!

Easy to use, well designed

We have been using Subsplash since 2019 and continue to feel good about it. App CMS is very versatile and user-friendly. Great media tools. Responsive and friendly customer service. Hoping the website options will continue to grow.

Everything is top notch!

My church has been with Subsplash for years now! We have trusted them with our app, website and online giving, and we have had nothing but an awesome experience. Their platforms are so easy manage which makes my job easy. Whenever we have had technical difficulties, they were solved pretty quickly. I do enjoy the online articles that they provide as well. It often gives me an explain and/or solution to my problem without having to contact them, but even with the bigger problems they have always been right there and respond usually within 24 hours. Subsplash also does a great job of offering a variety of features that stay ahead of the curve. I was so pleased to see Subpslash Live offered during the pandemic, especially how it allows you to stream to multiple social media platforms at once. We will be adding that component soon! I could not say enough about how much of a blessing Subsplash has been for my church. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
